ESPN's list of the top 10 QBs ever:

1. J. Montana
2. J. Unitas
3. J. Elway
4. B. Favre
5. D. Marino
6. T. Bradshaw
7. S. Baugh
8. O. Graham
9. R. Staubach
10. F. Tarkenton

Looks fine to me, except Aikman should be on there SOMEWHERE. 3 rings don't lie. Emmitt didn't do it all on his own...

I'd also switch Marino and Favre

From Sports Guy's NFL picks:

Rams (+6) over PACKERS
Remember the famous Piper's Pit when Rowdy Roddy Piper slams the coconuts off Jimmy Snuka's head, then screams into the camera, "Just when they think they got the answers, I change the questions!" That's Mike Martz and the Rams. And this feels like one of those weeks where they change the questions on us.

:lol

I would put Favre at 6, Marino at 4 and Aikman at 5 personally, and just move everyone else down a notch.

after 4 straight weeks of thinking "wow this couldn't POSSIBLY get any worse!", it did when we got stomped by the bucs.

Carolina, Tampa Bay and Miami in consecutive weeks. These are 'can't lose' games. As in games that shouldn't be possible to lose without actively trying to.

Then again, so was Tennessee... :(

What's wrong with tampa bay? They're a decent team. Miami seems to play better than their record as well. Carolina just sucks tho. :lol

This just in! Carolina to finish 8-8 and make the playoffs as a wild-card!

Seriously, it could happen :p

"Well the Lions most valuable player is Eddie Drummond, and the Colts are gonna end up kicking it to him 8, 9 times. He needs to run 2 or 3 of those back...but then the Lions will still lose 56-21"

I love the optimism. btw, when does steve smith come back?

Not this season. Carolina decided that at 1-7, the season was lost and placed him on injured reserve.

I just figured it out.!!!! The Colts D is keeping games close so Peyton can stay in the game for the record. Jones wasn't even running fast on that huge play :lol

He better get the record, considering the rules committe and the refs. are doing everything they can to make sure no one is allowed to be within 10 yards of his recievers.

It will even out when they meet in the playoffs and the refs let the Pats get away with murder again in their secondary.

I have Stokely on my Fantasy team and I benched him in favor of Anaquin (no way I'm even scroing 1 TD) Boldin, someone console me. :(

Ugh, that Rams game still hurts. Archuleta not only ran away with the ball, but ran away with our hopes and dreams.

Who benches stokely? Honestly! haha

granted, i started him this week...but stokley is not a sure starter every week. he is WAY too inconsistant to be a lock to start every week if you have better options.

so when do we start calling this offense the best in NFL history? because it is.

Boldin ain't no better option than Stokely, not in this offense.

Sorry Sactown, no sympathy for you! Watch as he catches another three in the second half! :lol

BAAAALLLINNN'
I started Boldin twice in my #2 spot, and have benched him since. McCown just isn't any good and it affects both Anquan and Larry Fitzgerald. If I had Stokely, there's no way I'd ever bench him, hell, when I got Harrison I was told, "Start him 'til he dies, even in the bye week." :lol

This is the best offense I've seen, easily. Only one that comes close is the Vikings from a few years ago.

Agreed on both points. That 98 offense is the first one that comes to mind when comparing to this Colts offense.

Also I bags a spot on the Colts O line next time a guy goes down. It doesn't really matter, does it? :lol

When Peyton was doing the practice snaps before with the rookie center, you just know he's saying to him "OK you give me the ball like that, and I'll throw a touchdown. Got it?"

oh, and CK...yeah, I'm in Detroit, but we decided to give the tickets to my grandparents, since they really wanted to go, and they might not be around very much longer blah blah.
I was against it, personally ;)

Detroit are pissed off. They fumbled the ball back to Indy so they'd see Peyton again, but Dungy yanks him for Sorgi!
