We'd all have a chance if we were out West. That's right! Arizona still not out of it! Maybe Pink Taco Stadium can sell out after all!

I'll say!

After the streak is long dead, Brett's spirit will live on.

Who said there weren't any strong favorites this year?*

Turns out one third is a lot.

Choke of the Week:

Oof. Quite a choke. I know Texans fans will come in here and try to lay claim to yet another one, but this is who Kubiak learned it from! Bow to the master!

How do those prime time games look to you, Mr. Kelly?

Yeah, me too. If there's no Rodgers, we're all doomed to boredom.

Good job on the OP. I'm picking Atlanta over Seattle but which Seattle? Will Atlanta cover the 7 points? Supposed to be cold and rainy Sunday.
For Seattle:
Friday Night through Monday
Showers likely. Lows in the mid 30s. Highs in the lower 40s.

It will be good to have Snellings back.

KC could definitely rest Cassel this week and do the Rams a solid. It's still a massive rebuilding job, but it'd be awesome if the Rams could make the playoffs.

Idunno i think for it to qualify as a choke they would have actually had to have lead at some point.

Eagles played a badass game last week. My heart was broken after knowing the Cardinals still have a chance and the Cowboys dont :(

Really does come down to this week for us and the Giants, as far as a bye goes... (assuming we both win in week 16/17, which we should).

I take back what I said about Packer fans being dumb to root against the Bucs in the TB/ATL game. I thought you guys could at least beat the Lions.

The Chiefs need to win out. If they and the Chargers finish with the same record the Chargers make it.

Yeah, and besides, KC isn't in the business of doing STL solids. Maybe a deal could be arranged if we could keep the Cards fans out of our BBQ joints. :D

This weeks game is monumental. Giants win not only do they win the NFC East but they have the tie breaker over the Bears so even if both teams win out Giants get #2 seed. Eagles win and they still are in the race for the #2 seed.

Lets go Eagles, Vikings, and whoever is playing ATL!

It's not what's best for you. It's what's best for me. And Cassel. He needs more time to recover from the major surgery he just had. With all the emphasis on player safety, Goodell should step in and take it out of their hands.

Do or die time, Manning. Need a perfect game from you. While I'd like to say that we should sell out on the run and challenge Garrard, for some reason Garrard plays like Manning against us. Lose and the season's over...hope we get Session back in time. Things are still looking down for Addai.

Also, this is frustrating:

The latest injury didn't require surgery. Gonzalez said he recovered quickly but understood the Colts needed the roster spot.

"When it first happened, it was really swollen. It was hard to know what was going to happen with it," he said. "We've had so many injuries, the roster was tight. I certainly understood. They did what they had to do."

KC @ STL
BUF @ MIA
CLE @ CIN
JAC @ IND Maybe David Garrard will make it happen, but doubtful.
HOU @ TEN
WAS @ DAL
PHI @ NYG
ARI @ CAR
DET @ TB - Loins should start Robinson at QB as they aren't allowed to win more than once with the same quarterback this season.
NO @ BAL
ATL @ SEA
NYJ @ PIT
DEN @ OAK
GB @ NE

CHI @ MIN Do I have to pick? Maybe Minn will play in Detroit again, then I might...no, no....no.

Yeah, but I always get some guy saying that their team should have been like the Chargers guy last week even though the Chargers never had the lead and started the game down 3 scores.

All right Jets fans, time to start the rally. Mr. Hair and Mr. Rainy Night In Georgia are licking their chops, looking for some interceptions and someone to forget about Hines Ward. Can you pull yourselves together? Can you get over yourselves long enough to win this week? Do or die time.

I'm thinking Bradford will outplay Cassell, and the Rams will grab their spot.

I am praying the Ravens learned their lesson last night and not let up when they are up by a touchdown or two or three. Please add another loss to the Saints record and I will play that record all next week.

I'm not sure who I like in the Eagles /Giants game. I'm pissed about the Phillies getting Cliff Lee but I would sure like to beat the Eagles at home in the playoffs. Get that monkey off our back.

I am hoping we beat Buffalo, normally that wouldn't be a hard thing but we are at home. Yes, at home, where we suck ass. Its like the Twilight Zone with the Dolphins.

Anyway its playoff fantasy time, I am worried as hell.

Thursday
SF @ SD - Wouldn't be surprised either way. I'll take home team.

Sun, Dec 19
KC @ STL - Both pretty good teams, should be a close one.
BUF @ MIA
CLE @ CIN
JAC @ IND - I believe in the jags.
HOU @ TEN - Britt
WAS @ DAL
PHI @ NYG - Awesome game.
ARI @ CAR
DET @ TB
NO @ BAL - I would love to be wrong, but I think the weather is going to really slow us down. I expect this to be the last game we lose this season.
ATL @ SEA - LOL
NYJ @ PIT - Ben needs an O-line, period. Rashard is the steelers best hope in this game.
DEN @ OAK
GB @ NE - no RB, no W for GB

Yup, sweeping the Saints is just as hard as sweeping the Falcons. I still see us as very equally matched teams (and we have the better defense). The Saints have way more to play for by this point in the season. You will clench division before our game.
