The laptop pic definitely has to make it into the OP. That shit was classic.
I also want to know the name of the laptop involved. Obviously since Wellington and all the other Giant fans were not upset at all as they claim the massive crack in the screen was the result of very shoddy workmanship and not a massive post-game tantrum.

So are you going to burn your house to the ground if the Pats knock the Steelers out of the playoffs? Depending on how the seeds work out I think it is going to come down to Pats Steelers to see who will come out of the AFC.

If it does come down to Pats/Steelers in the AFC, somebody on here is going to be burning down something either way.

I just hope all the Eagles fans are happy with the team finally making it to the NFC Championship game.
:lol

Edit: Fuck Romo just placed on IR. I was so hoping he would play the last game of the season.

goddell came out and said the league is going to look into re-seeding home games based on record. i love it! the nfc west is changing the way this league plays!

like i said, i will bookmark this post and 3 or 4 years down the line the niners or someone from the nfc west will benefit from this proposed rule change. i can't wait!

but to the rams game, i was stoked to find out justin smith wasn't suspended for the game. i thought if you touched an official you got ejected and suspended for the next game but i guess not. justin smith is one of the most under-appreciated players in the league in my opinion. dude plays as a 3-4 end and still gets all types of pressure. he has the typical "white guy motor!" but it really goes beyond that. he's just a talented guy and i have to believe if he played in a 4-3 his numbers would be a lot better and he'd have more probowls (even though he made it as an alternate last year).

plus justin smith is the perfect example of a team player. maybe albert haynesworth needs to spend some time with him because justin went from a 4-3 to a 3-4 and never complained once. he told the coaches he will line up at end, DT, linebacker, wherever they wanted him. and he has played all those positions at some point since 2007 and has had success at all of them.

i predict we beat the rams in a close game. our weakness is the secondary and i don't see the rams taking advantage of us there. doesn't really matter if troy smith or alex smith starts (singletary has said he decided but wont say until sunday :lol ). i am a little concerned about anthony dixon missing practice. if he's not in, we basically have 2 healthy running backs (westbrook and wynn). we need to get vernon davis involved. an embarrassment on how we didn't get him involved against the chargers!

Do Pats fans really get upset if they dont win the SB? They have had so much recent success I couldnt imagine going laptop crazy over a loss.

The pink hats expect us to win the Super Bowl every year, but the real fans knew that our team was just above average last year, and in 2008 it would have been a real stretch with Cassel (wish we made the playoffs at 11-5, but whatever)

This year, people expect us to go, mostly because we should have home field advantage and the bye to prepare, but if we don't get out to a good start I could see us losing our first playoff game. Defense needs to step it up

as for the laptop breaking, that's not really an epidemic

Are the 9'ers practices all closed? I dont see how he can hide who the starting QB is if they are open. Unless both QB's split the first team reps, but that would be really stupid.

I don't see why you would have to re-seed if a team with a losing record makes the playoffs. The rules are the rules, if you want to make it to the playoffs win your division you clowns!

Depends on how they lose. Epic collapse or tight game? If they have another epic collapse than sure I would be pissed, but if they lose in a close game I'm fine. It's mostly because I thought the Pats were going to be a .500 team this year. This year has been pretty damn sweet as a Pats fan. I would be disappointed if they didn't make it to the AFC championship game though.

Even if the Pats get s good start they could still lose. If the Pats offense plays like it has the last 5-6 games than they could make it to the SB. The defense is just so damn bad.

they are splitting time as i understand it :lol well, not 50/50, but singletary says "each guy is going to get the reps he needs", whatever that means

they wouldn't take away the division winner, but if a wildcard team had a better record than a division winner then the division winner would play at the wild card team.

haters gonna hate!

Wow that is crazy. I guess on the bright side you guys are ready if he decides to bench whoever the starter is.

Have you guys seen the top story today on NFL.com?

Michael Vick looks set to lead his Eagles into an NFC Championship Game against Atlanta.

Talk about shooting your load early. :lol

As much as I don't care for him, if the Saints can't knock the dirty birds out (I'm doubtful at this point), I hope that it's Vick who does the job. If anything, it'd be hilarious entertainment value.

Something to ponder.. in his last game there, a large portion of Falcons "fans" in the Georgia Dome actually cheered for him when he scored against their Falcons team. If he were to lead a win against Atlanta for the NFC Championship, would the fans still cheer for him then? :lol

Singletary is a 'tard.

You can't win in this league if you don't commit to one QB. Hopefully we beat the Rams and the Seahawks lose this weekend. That way we will see a lot of this soon...

transcript from singletary today:

On whether he has talked to QBs Troy Smith and Alex Smith and told them who will start:
“Yes.”

On whether he had that conversation with them today:
“No.”

On whether he had that conversation with them yesterday:
“No, not yesterday. Sometime before today.”

you can't make this shit up :lol

I can't believe with fantasy SB money on the line I'm thinking of benching the Ben the Rapist against Carolina for Tebow against Houston. I think I'm losing my mind.

I think some would. That game last year, Vick got by far the loudest cheer of the game when he scored. I watched the game with my surround sound and the cheers were crazy loud for him. There were tons of people with #7 Falcons jerseys, and pro-Vick signs. It will be really weird if he goes back there in the playoffs.

I picked Big Ben up. I think he is going to torch the Panthers this week. He is going to be so pissed after the way they lost last week, even though it wasnt his fault.

My mind is still blown by this. Incomprehensible. Does not compute.

No idea about the radio, but the game will be on NFLN at 8pm tonight. It is also ondemand on both Comcast and Fios if you are in the Philly area.

Nope live in NYC so I can't watch it again. I love the call by Reese on it. Wanted to hear the 660 wfan cal on it.

I'm going to miss all the lulz when this meat head is fired! I remember when you would try to give me shit about the Niners picking up a former Bear great who will lead your team to glory! And the pants gate happened.

Why would think I would be upset if the Steelers lost to the Patriots in the AFC Championship?

First, it is just a game. Second, you can't get upset over something can't happen, will never happen, and has never happened before. Third, if that occurred it would be a sign of the apocalypse and I wouldn't just stop at my house...

Those weren't Falcon fans, they were Vick fans.
