Haha! I've never touched a Microsoft game console in my life. Went with Sony since Sega was inept for the most part and Nintendo is well past my age limits and tolerance for gimmicks. This'll be the 2nd time I send my launch 60 gig model for repairs. Did once before in June of 2010 with a very quick turnaround. Considering I bought mine originally around the last week of November in 2006, it's done well. Ironically, I just started playing Fatal Frame last night. Sucks as one of my Patlabor anime Blu Rays happens to be in the system right now. As long as I get the same system and my disc back, I can deal with any lost data.
I'll get a PS4 once it has games that I want. So not anytime soon. Probably whenever the PS4 version of MGSV hits.

Damn my launch 60G PS3 is still running strong. No problems.
I doubt I'll get a next gen console at launch but I doubt I'll get an XBox 720p. Don't need an advert cam in my living room and I don't care for any of the MS dude bro exclusives.

Yeah, just got that too. Just part of some of the other safety precautions from the issues a week or 2 ago, I guess.
I've lived this long without any of the MS exclusives. Or was patient enough to play the ones that mattered when they were ported over. I also despise the controllers that MS use for their consoles.
