I'm not good at appreciating craft beers, I guess. I know the type of flavours I like but I mostly just compare to other beers I've had. I don't know enough of the process or ingredients to actually know what does or affects what. I'd like to learn though - I've been really tempted to go to one of those tasting sessions or beer schools to get a baseline on how to describe these things :lol
