Isn't region locking illegal in Australia? Given some of the trade rulings in the EU I'm surprised it isn't there too.

I don't think it was that bad, I wasn't expecting anything big because it was still separate from the main conference and labeled as more of a 'software showcase'.
All in all, I'm considering a few 3DS titles now.

At the very least, this got me to really think on buying Luigi's Mansion and Paper Mario st launch, liked what they showed of them....
Also, did anyone think that he was gonna announce Pokemon B&W 2 on the eShop as a download? I did. I felt the worst trolled at that part
Same with MK7 and Mario 3D Land. (tho I already own them.)
Guess Nintendo is starting to move away from e3 and announcements a year ahead of time, and moving towards Nintendo Direct...

1) They are "supporting" Threediots.
2) They are Threediots for having three lackluster conferences.
3) They are stars of Threediots and will fight lobstermen and whatnot.
Besides, it's all in good jest.

Terrible conference, but a great upcoming release list. Infinitely better than what happened with the Wii U. I'm not an unhappy 3DS owner.
It's not Nintendo who let me down, it's the 3rd parties. It's like they want Nintendo dead so much. No Call of Duty, no James Bond game, not a single EA game... If this goes on like this only good 3rd party software we will ever play will be only lego games. Pathetic. Just let it go, Nintendo. No company cares about your console. Just make 3DS Japan exclusive.

This better be real, or there will be rage. A lot of rage.
There are a ton of games I want for the 3DS, and most of them are not announced to be coming stateside. This was the perfect time to show that stuff off, but instead we got confirmation of Rabbids and Transformers. I didn't need revelations, I just needed confirmation that we're actually going to get software coming over. Especially when NoA has taught us that they don't fucking care.
Which we've seen already, we've seen all of those games before! Where are the new games??

I can no longer get excited about E3. I was spoiled by the awesome 2005 conference with the last second Twilight Princess showing. Nothing will ever top that. Hell, 2002 E3 was just amazing with Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, Mario Sunshine, Animal Crossing, Eternal Darkness and Star Fox Adventure all in one show. Where is THAT Nintendo?

Well, I got my FE hint (if true), but announce stuff like that during the conference.
Given that the conference was for 3DS software, I thought it would've been a gloss over for stuff already announced and then... "hey, look at all this stuff we didn't announce before!" Priorities, re-evaluate them.
