Depends on what you want to call worthwhile, but it's usually a bunch of release dates and trailers with a couple of new game announcements like the Sega X Capcom x Namco thing last time.

As far as big first-party retail games announced. Tomodachi Collection 2, Kiki Trick and Demon Training (Brain-Age 3). Fire Emblem 3DS and Mario Tennis open I believe.

Then various Nintendo e-shop, 3D Classics, Virtual Console, and firmware software.

With Kid Icarus initially being a Wii project and with Rodea being both a Wii & 3DS game, I'd be interested to know how easily Wii games can be ported to 3DS. If it isn't too difficult, I wouldn't be surprised if a new Kirby game has a short turnaround due to the use of the new Kirby Wii game's engine on the 3DS (same goes for Donkey Kong 3DS!).

Plus, the Other M puzzle piece showed me how much I want an Other M sequel on 3DS

I really want to see more on Animal Crossing. Most anticipated game of 2012 for sure!
