Add me to the hype train too, please! If there's one company that always gets me hyped for E3 it'll be the first one who first started dropping those megaton announcements. Nintendo!
 
We have a hype train and no one invited me? :P

At the same time, it'd feel kinda blasphemous to use anything but my Mike Jones avatar for it.
 
Guys do you think two Hype Trains are enough to obtain your dreams safely to E3? I don't think so... that's because I present to you all:

This is the most elegant way to travel to E3

If you like the project, a gif master can add your avatars, I'm too stupid for that. Of course, I am more elegant and want to be treated with respect, more than these Hype Train peasants, so I'd like to have a ticket.

I agree but you can add to that the odd third party game and low effort sequel let's for example take a look at a hypothetical 2016 release schedule

January: Mario Galaxy Collection HD
February: third party game
March: Kid Icarus Uprising HD
April:DK Tropical Freeze 2
May:F-Zero GX HD
June: third party game
July:SNES Remix
August: Mario Party WiiU
September: third party game
October: Luigi's Mansion 2 HD
November: Metroid WiiU
December: Dillon's Rolling Western 1+2 HD

A line-up like this would free up a lot of resources for Nintendo and would be relatively inexpensive for them
 
Screw it. I'm in. I have pretty low expectations as far as software announcements, but I am looking forward to Zelda's unveiling and maybe word on a new Metroid game for either of their current platforms.

Also, since I am a tech geek, I look forward to any delicious morsels we get on future hardware, even if it is QoL, both at the investor's meeting and E3.

We've had 3 crappy Nintendo E3s in a row now. Iwata needs to deliver the goods.

It's a shame that this lineup is probably pretty optimistic for 2016. On the other hand, fucking donkey kong again would enrage me like no other, since I really want metroid prime 4 from retro. And No-one else would do a DK returns 3 justice, they just can't win.
 
With the amount of Mario games, we have had Donkey Kong, Kart is coming so is Brawl, Zelda is a cert. Will it finally be time for Metroid, FZero and StarFox ? I want to buy a Wii U but only for those ips. Come on Nintendo!

What I want for Wii U:

All of the above
Nintendo funded Platinum 3D Adventure (spiritual successor to Okami)
HD Ports of - Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Luigis Mansion 1 and 2, Kid Icarus Uprising
Super Mario 64 U - Remake of Mario 64 using assets from 3D World

SO not much really ;)

We need to upgrade from trains all together.
For a modern age we need a modern mode of transportation. One that properly conveys how hyped Nintendo is making us.

There has to be at least two big titles coming this year that are unannounced. I think it's a good bet that Majora's Mask 3D is one of them, but the other one is more of a mystery. Is it too soon to expect Pokemon remakes?

Nintendo is a family company, they can't have a flying penis as their hype train.

The only thing Nintendo could announce that would make me hopeful about their future is new hardware, combined with big commitments from third parties. Money poured into the Wii U is money wasted.
 
If a Majora's Mask HD remake does happen, couldn't we get 3 Zelda games at E3? Zelda U, Hyrule Warriors and Majora? That's crazy to think about.

Also, Retro Studios is too damn good. I want a Metroid Prime 4, but after playing Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, a third DK game to wrap up a "new" trilogy would feel right in a lot of ways. Maybe K Rool could return for the last one, too. I think I would still take a Wii U Metroid Prime over that, though.

Now that I've got a Wii U, I'm eager to see what Nintendo are gonna do with it (just don't let us down please). Plus I'm legit excited about Smash 4 on 3DS coming this summer.

Oh, and those "advance" tradermarks... I wonder what it's all about.

Also, I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally want a Metroid, so badly. Last good Metroid game was released in 2007 :(
 
My predictions for E3:

-Some update to the MiiVerse making it more appealing

-Another GC remake for the Wii U:
wishlist: Kirby Air Ride
Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door

-Also, a remake for the 3DS. Maybe Majora's Mask finally? Probably another N64 title. Watch it be F Zero or something like that.

-Some celebration of Gameboy's 25th Anniv (solid eShop releases for the 3DS like Pokemon RBG?)

-Kirby Air Ride 2 for the 3DS (I am crossing my fingers for Kirby Air Ride to be the Luigi's Mansion of this E3)

-New "Year Of" character. Maybe Peach to focus on strengthening girl user base? Fingers crossed for Year of Wario.

-Tomadachi nonsense

-Some Ambassador-like program for the Wii U to make early adopters (or adopters at all by this point) not feel awful about themselves.

-Weird QoL announcement most of us could care less about.

-Pokken announcement

-30% screen time given to Super Smash Bros (okay, hopefully way less)

And then a list of stuff I don't really care about:
Layton, Pokemon Art Academy, Yarn Yoshi or whatever it's called, etc.

I'm wondering too, but as I wrote in the designated thread, I haven't been able to find those filings in the JPO database. I can easily find the QOL filing, but nothing relevant regarding Advance.

Did you mean 3D? Cause I don't see MM getting an HD remake, unless Nintendo bundles it in with a OOT HD remake, which is probably not going to happen anytime soon. Also, I'd prefer Metroid Prime 4, I love TF and DKCR but I want to see what Metroid looks like on the Wii U.
