Good point.... I've been having problems with the eShop here in the UK for the last couple of days. YouTube works fine, but that Nintendo Unleashed video in the eShop spends forever buffering and pausing.

In the Internet Browser, most pages work fine, but nintendo.co.uk is sluggish.

Edit: ignore me, everything seems to be working fine again.

I am under the impression there has been a lot of maintenance lately, am I wrong? Coupled with a relative silence from Nintendo these pas weeks, I feel something is cooking up...
Well, I shouldn't get my hopes up... Perhaps,is it just the preparation for the GBA games on WiiU...

Oh there's definitely a Wii U update coming out next week (I'd be surprised if there wasn't), but most maintenance is for behind the scene stuff. The only maintenance that actually foreshadows big stuff is eShop maintenance (though it's not always the case).

And Nintendo got more and more online services, so that means more and more maintenance for them
