I grew up KNOWING that Nintendo was the superior platform. And then it felt like it was all downhill after the N64.

A great Nintendo is so far back in my memory it almost doesn't seem real- a myth or legend.

I disagree. There's no way they'd allow their blockbuster AAA narrative game series to be without voice acting in 2016. It's a simple genre requisite at this stage.

I can't wait to hear princess zelda's voice for the first time. The shock in this thread will be so palpable, lol. I'm not kidding, either - I fully expect this to happen and for people to be utterly shocked.

I wouldn't. Peronsally I love text boxs, buy I think Nintendo does to with Zelda.

They spent $$ on voice acting for Kid Icarus Uprising, Metroid Other M, Star Fox Zero, and Xenoblade Chronicles X.

Yes. With one game. I think if it's awesome it could be an indication that Nintendo is keeping everything in the oven for a reason. A large, explosive console debut sometime next year.

But that's just what I'm hoping. I'm sure I'll be heartbroken again as I have been for the last 10+ years.
