Only 75% of possible winning combinations were covered for this drawing, the winning combination came from the lot of uncovered ones so it's likely there would have been more than one winner this drawing, if the jackpot was won.

The lottery should instantly know whether the winning combination has been sold but they are likely using an old dell that's never been cleaned so calculations are hampered by thermal throttling.

If I win every active user on NeoGaf is getting a 1000 dollars, then I will start on my masterplan to buy out various lots and apartments and property in my town and construct lavish apartments eventually becoming everyone's land lord. And once I become land lord part of their agreement in order to live there is to vote for me in the local elections and then I will become county commissioner and use the county's money to further invest in my affordable housing project to make even more money.
