Looks like something for the Nintendo DS due to the "low polygon environments" refrence. Its gotta be too late in the game to hire for Metroid: Hunters, isn't it?

It's for revolution.
You could have a point. The first holgraphic console ever is likely to have very rudimentary graphics.

come to think of it, there are several types of games that simply aren't done by Nintendo first party. Is it because they think/hope 3rd parties will fill the gap.

eg

FPS
Racing game (not kart)

eg FPS , Racing game (not kart)

NCL developed F-Zero and Wave Race. The last car racing game the team developed was Stunt Race FX and before than Famicom World Grand Prix and F1 Grand Prix 2 (Game Boy).

NOA developed Ridge Racer 64 and now Ridge Racer DS.

I am one of those few people that liked Stunt Race FX.

GOLDENEYE 2: THE ONE THAT DOESN'T SUCK

Fixed

Edit: As far as level design goes they have one of hte best in the business sitting over at Retro (Zoid)... I'm sure they could get his input if he's not busy with something else.

So you are basically proving my point that Nintendo don't really do racing games. At least with cars.

I liked stunt race FX, but they still can't resist teh googly eyes, can they?

No fps on the DS, please. I think the metroid demo, while interesting from a technical point of view, shows that its not exactly the best platform for them
