NVIDIA to release GeForce Titan

Where in the hell can I get a second one? I'm too ashamed to ask my fiance to help me out with getting the next one... plus she's asleep right now because of time difference.

Would they take the preorder down if they ran out of stock? It looks like I can purchase EVGA ones from here. but at 50 bucks more... I'm trying to do their price match thing right now.

Edit: I figured that I'd get insurance on 2 just in case. I've had bad experiences before, plus I just saved 60 bucks with their price matching.

Well fine, screw you rich bastards.

We all know console-gaming is where it's at! Who's with me!?

I have tri-Crossfire 6950 (flashed to 6970s) and want to upgrade. 1 Titan whould be faster, wouldn't it?

You crazy.

Glad to see my 690 compares favorably with the Titan. Money well spent!

I am serious thinking on getting two of these.....

Currently I game at 1080p but was thinking on getting a 1440p monitor. Would you guys think its worth the jump to get the 1440p monitor and the Titans? I need 60 fps and I know at that res I would need two Titans for some games maxxed out.

Currently I have a EVGA gt680 4gb sig edition and a 32 inch samsung 1080p tv.

Any input??

If anyone has an ASUS gtx 670 DCU II TOP that they are getting rid of in favor of these, I would gladly purchase it! Been trying to go SLI for a while, but can't find this card anywhere. (already have one in my rig, and just bought a full tower case) Hit me up PM-style.

Tri-Crossfire can be a pain, only because ATI doesn't support it well, that's part of the reason why I want to upgrade.

That said, there appears to be only 2 brands of Titan cards I can find right now- Asus and Evga. Has Evga changed their warranty policy or do they still have their lifetime warranty?

I don't think EVGA offers lifetime anymore. Sad.

of the two, which offers the most reliable RMA service in the US?

I only know of EVGA's warranty service, and the times I've dealt with them it's been fine. I've only had to RMA once and it was a smooth process. The other time I had to deal with them was when I used their step-up program and traded in my card for a newer one, just paying the difference. That was smooth as well, even got an upgrade to an OC version.

I don't forsee me using their step-up program,(not on a $1k card anyways) so that doesn't matter much. The Asus card has a 3yr warranty. I might just wait until next month for more cards to come on the market before I buy.

Cool thanks for the insight.

I'll have to read up on their step up program. I wonder how it would work in 2 or 3 years when I would want to "step up" and out of a Titan.

I have a 585 and had been thinking of getting a 685 - I'm glad I waited now, will probably go with Titan. I'm curious to see how max latency looks with 685 vs Titan, since it doesn't have to deal with SLI.

I've worked with both, I give EVGA the edge. They're just a bit more dedicated to what they do (ASUS is much larger) so you do get more of a personal touch. My experience with ASUS was good, as well, however.

Where is EVGA available now in the US other than pre-orders on NCIXUS? I've been F5'ing NewEgg and Amazon...nada yet.

All about this GPU makes me to have hard times trying to control a nervous laugh.

Tech Report review doesnt help either.

I love the crazy people selling GTX680 SLIs and GTX690 to get this.
