That is CEO Kaz levels of, 'Oh Damn!'. lol
Wow this means NX wont flopThe PS2 launched in March, but it's the only console I can think of in recent memory that launched early in the year
This sounds worrying. Maybe they want third party games at launch and this winter is too soon?I posted a kotaku link earlier

They want to make sure the NX has games.
They said "at the end of the year" so expect November/December for dat NXAfter processing all this for some time.
Nintendo obviously would have liked to launch holiday 2016. It´s where the most money in the shortest amount of time is made. So either parts of the NX hardware which they absolutely want to have in there simply aren´t ready for 2016 in the amount of units that they want to launch with or Nintendo wants a better launch line-up. I´d almost want to say it´s probably a combination of both. Like, launch with fewer units and sell those few units out and have shortages and have one or two launch titles not ready or launch in March with the consoles that they want and have those other games ready for then.
I´d prefer the first since i´m on twitter and gaf all the time and i would have gotten one pre-ordered anyway (if i liked what i saw) but i think it makes sense. Not preferable mind you but it can work. It´s true that the most systems are sold during holiday season, but still, consoles sell all year around if it´s desirable. Shit, wasn´t the PS4 selling 1 million a month worldwide for the first year worldwide? Not saying it will happen to the NX but i don´t think the launch period is really this detrimental as some people make it out to be, if it´s a good console that people actually want to buy. Launch being in March itself isn´t making it DOA. It´s DOA if it´s a trash system.
NX not being at E3 is a mindfuck for me. It will be the next Nintendo system and it wont have an E3 appearance before launch. That´s crazy just thinking about it. BUT, what will they do instead? Are they going to do something like PSX? A press conference + floor space for press and regular people for the announcement where they can try it out right after? Is Space World making a return? Is it gonna be just a direct? Will it be just a press event like the PS4 and Xbox One announcements? Doubt it would be TGS or Gamescom.
When are they going to reveal the NX? June and before are out of the question. July probably too, since if in July, why not just at E3? Oh man.
What will E3 2016 be like? Zelda the only playable game on the floor. Like, damn. Not even Paper Mario? Not Pokemon? What are they going to announce? ARE they going to announce anything? I mean, NX isn´t there, so no games announced for it as well i´d think. Or will they?
Like, "here´s this awesome game, it´s coming to the NX March 2017. "
"Excuse me Reggie, but what´s the NX?"
"You shut your mouth"
I´m hopefull, i´m worried, i´m hyped, i´m disappointed - my emotions.
So wtf have they been working on for the past 2-3 years? They can't show some tech demoes, and show few zelda clips of it running on NX hardware?
They can't talk about the system? Sony did in February 2013 and didn't even have it in final hardware specs.
There is no fucking excuse to not have some kind of PR plan for when things go south in your manufacturing or whatever.
To not at least fucking talk about it in some form to build excitement and hype is the most stupid decision I'v seen by them thus far and they have been fucking stupid for along time.
I was joking about their PR.

What the hell is Polaris?
They said "at the end of the year" so expect November/December for dat NX
A new GPU wich does something to polygons, new tech from AMD,i think PS4 Neo uses something like thatWhat the hell is Polaris?
LOL. Top 10 Wii U games of 2016
1. Star Fox Zero
2. Paper Mario: Color Smash
3. ehhh Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games?
4. Heeeeelp
Haha the Wii U will probably have the weakest yearly lineup of a console EVER.
In fact Nintendo hasn't really released a decent console game since Splatoon in May 2015.
When the NX finally releases it would have almost Two full years since Nintendo has put out anything worthwhile. Talk about a software drought of epic proportions ;-)
Is Joe alright?
About having games?
They said "at the end of the year" so expect November/December for dat NX
The delay doesn't surprise me in the slightest. I never expected the NX this year. What does surprise me is the NX not being shown at E3. That is baffling, and just stupid.

This time, between the restructuring and looking at the internal-made lineup for both devices, not just one, it's very different though. Sorry, but it's a straight-up ill-made comparison

Kimishima said:“At this current stage, I’m not able to say,” Kimishima replied. “However, it’s not merely the successor to the handheld 3DS or stationary console Wii U. This will be hardware that’s been made with a new way of thinking.
So their e3 focus is a Wii U game that everyone will buy for NX anyway. Fantastic!

By the end of the year / later this year ! = At the end of the year

They should have released the Wii U a few months before the NX one for double the sales. So their e3 focus is a Wii U game that everyone will buy for NX anyway. Fantastic!
Doesn't mean they won't unveil it in their video (or live presentation if they go that route).
Yes.Has a NX version of Zelda WiiU been confirmed?
They already said last night it won't be revealed until later this year.
