From what I am hearing, @POTUS has determined that orderly transition cannot be accomplished and is no longer priority due to Trump/Russia.

It will probably be the equivalent of Obama telling Russia/Putin to fuck off, and presenting additional evidence. He's not going to claim that Trump's victory doesn't count, he got the votes and that's all that matters. He canceled it because they said it was too complicated. But there was a leak that said, basically, that he decided he won't sell, he'll just give it to his kids. In other words, maximize the conflict of interest.
