I got a question I think you guys could help me with about TVs.
My old faithful Mitsubishi DLP has crapped out, although I think it's just a bulb, it's probably time for an upgrade!
As Best Buy has 36 month 0% right now on TVs I thought it might be a good time to get one.....that and my BB card has no balance on it so I have to fix that right?
I've narrowed it down to these two.

It's a pretty big price difference for, from what I can tell, is just the second one has 3D capability and is 240hz instead of 120hz. What do you guys think?
edit: I should also add that there is a 3D model of this TV at 120hz but it's only like 300 less than the 240hz model so if I'm gonna go that route, might as well just put my balls firmly against the wall.

3D is cool, but it's not mainstream enough and they haven't even nailed down the right tech for it. I would get the non 3D TV for the best bang for your buck plus it will look alot better than the one you have been rocking for years.
By the time 3D tech is nailed down ( glasses free ) you would be due for another upgrade.

Yeah, its going to be a lot harder to get a good player once your scouted players are taken.

There was a draft guide that was posted earlier in the thread, but it doesn't really help. It only reveals the development speeds for players, which doesn't matter tremendously.
I have a Samsung 3D 240hz TV...not worth the price difference over a 120hz TV. 3D is alright, I enjoy it more in Blu-rays than the channels on TV. Console 3D gaming is not ready for primetime yet, but still interesting to mess around with.
Amazing how my 55'' TV cost more than these now 70'' TVs meh
