I added Showtime on Saturday and thats all I did all weekend, watched both season in 2 days, show is amazing. Season 2 is a bit over the top 24 style, but its still pretty fucking amazing. One of the best shows I've seen in a long time.

wtf? what kind of PC do you have? i have a 2 year old PC and it runs awesome even with the highest setting.
He doesn't have a PC.
It doesn't have high requirements, that's the baffling part for me.
I don't have a rig or anything. 2011 Mac mini running boot camp. Has an AMD integrated, which I'm assuming the AMD has some sort of issue with it. I've run much higher end games without any issue. I get the same choppiness in DS running at 1080, 720, or even 800x600.
Could try it on my older laptop...

did you do the dsfix/patch?
although that really shouldn't affect the framerate.... but you can unlock Free framerate giving you 60 fps. but if you can't even get it to run decently on default settings then i have no idea what the problem is

Didn't try the patch, thought the same as you. If it's giving me problems regardless of settings there has to be something else up.
Forgot about that, I can play at 10.

I should have kicked that last run outside, but it worked going inside with the way you played it on the last series, but my C got no movement.
Could tell what you were going to do on a couple of plays but I just couldn't hot route in time and it killed me for big gains. But I was ready in the redzone until the 4th down, I fucked that up and I got lucky. Wanted to base align and Gilmore got caught but in the right spot, wasn't even controlling a LB. Was just hoping someone made a play and they did.

Damn good game LJ. It's become so common that I give up the lead in the last minutes of the 4th. I can't believe I got the ball back on a fumble and then drove down the field like that! I wish I threw the ball a second earlier on that last play. He was wide open in the endzone. Oh well, 4 plays were given to me in goal line territory and I couldn't do it. I still had a lot of fun!

I was trying to bait a throw on that long ball down the middle, but there was no reason to. You had nowhere else to go, you were going to chuck it deep, but I took one step to the right and I could never recover. RG's arm combined with the lack of speed by that particular DB, luckily I caught up and at least made the tackle.
The killer was the user pick with Bradham, wanted you to try and squeeze the ball, but that was rifle shot and I thought I had no shot at recovering it and then it felt like the ball just died and I caught up. Think if you lead it down the field with power I had no shot.
Underestimated RG's arm.
It's amazing how good they made his throwing stats to start out with. I think I upgraded him to all 89's in each category. Unfortunately, I don't use him to his full ability!

Ram can just play the CPU. I won't be able to consistently play again until after the New Year. (not that it matters with my awful, injury prone team)

I'm slowly getting addicted to Civ 5. That punk Atilla declared war on me while I was in the middle of sacking someone else. Had to regroup my units at my main city to defend. He sent a huge host my way but I repelled them all, but he still a lot of army units on the map. Don't know if I can overtake him right now!

Yeah, Tropico 4 seems to be really good. I won't get home for about another 4 to 5 hours but I plan on picking it up then! For the DLC, grab the Modern Times expansion and skip the rest.

I have work tomorrow and will be home around 4:30 pm PST. I only have a small window to play (latest I can start is probably 5:30) because I always have stuff going on Thursday nights. Don't think that fits your definition of middle of the day though. :\
