Throwing over the opponents shoulder is impossible in this game.

Yeah it's terrible. You can do it, but you have to be extremely selective. Do not throw the ball unless your WR has the CB beat. There is still a possibility the CB will catch up.

I've only ever seen the CPU do it against me during practice.

That and Sok with Owusu.

# of times I have done it with CJ: 0

gg levi. You got me. Running was effective. Sucks I could only pick up one of those three fumbles. And I guess I forgot how ballhawking works since last season... 7 interceptions Didn't go my way from the start of that Niles Paul drop. What a shitty way to start the season.

Then it sails underneath and gets picked off there lol.

Exactly. It's completely broken and, finally, in Season 3 I learn to never do it again (attempt to throw over a defenders shoulder). Ballhawking is the worst thing they've ever added in the game.

It's a pure timing route. If you time it right you can make that completion. You have to put enough loft on the ball to get it over the CBs head, but not too high where the CB can catch up. It can be done but it is a pain in the ass to do. Tough to argue though this throw is worth attempting with such a low success rate.

Alright, ready to play McNeily?

Sure thing buddy!

You have to press up when you lob it.

I tapped Y and was pointing the stick "northeast". I also did that on the Steve Smith pass that was somehow picked when I had 5 yards. Then three other picks were somehow grabbed in front of my player (each pick, your hands were on top of my hands). Then the last two picks were deflections. What a shitty system!

Oh and is Wright your rookie? Murray and Wright have some sick running skills. It took like two attempts to bring them down. They're going to kick some people's ass this year.

That throwing stick stunt of yours has boomeranged on us.

You still held me to fifty yards rushing. And I give up so many fumbles against you.

Storybook, we play when it advances. When are you available? I want to get to my next game immediately after this past one. It wasn't even fun.

Sorry bout RG3 brother

Thanks. Good luck with Colin against the Packers. Two teams I don't want to see make the SB are GB and SEA. I'm now a huge SF/ATL fan, lol.

And as for RG3, it's his own fault, not Shanahan's or Andrews'. He wants to compete and that's great, but at some point you gotta realize it's over and live to fight another day. That we even made the playoffs given the # of injuries is incredible in hindsight.

Yeah, this blaming on Shanahan is overboard.

You dont blame a player for wanting to play. Thats the point of coaches and doctors. Athletes are prideful. If they can physically be on the field, they will be. Shanahan and/or doctors dropped the ball on this one. It was painfully obvious to everyone that what happened was going to happen except the guys on the Redskins sidelines.

GG Bro, the HFA was bullshit (mainly just my inability to pick anything off & the fumble KR,I kind of said fuck it after that happened), but it is what it is!

GG man... felt like you were trying to force it a bit. I was worried as shit after you scored so effortlessly on your first drive. Then marched right down on your 2nd. I changed my coverage around a bit after that and it seemed to work. Or atleast thats what i tell myself cause thats when the INT's started flowing

I only talked about HFA after the kickoff fumble as you barely got hit. Everything else my guys were in position to make plays! Promise!

I definitely lost focus on the pick where my TE was wide open but Ben threw it directly to your LB, so much for all of those 95+ accuracy upgrades! Then my made up CB dropped the easy INT in the flats, meh.

You got me! Not trying to take anything away from you.

Wonder who I lose to in week 2?

Good point, and I agree, but even then, part of being a good leader and team player is not putting your team at risk by playing too injured. I mean, he was constantly saying, "I gave our team the best chance to win." That's completely throwing Cousins under the bus. Without Cousins we don't win against the Ravens or the Browns. It's really both his and Shanahan's fault, but would Andy Reid, Tom Coughlin, any other NFL coach had handled it differently?

Reid hasnt handled it differently. He threw Donovan out there with countless injuries. But you dont mess with Knees. Especially on a Mobile QB. Especially when its the Knee he's already torn up once. This guy was fucking 1 leg hopping out of bounds. Its some of the most awkward running ive ever seen. To me, its inexcusable.
