I can't accept a trade that DCX proposed to me last night.....can we not do that in this stage? It only gives me the option to scout players.

actually you are right. i'm not so much concerned about the game not holding, but for some reason whenever i leave my XBL unattended (for a download, for instance) it disconnects me after about 15 minutes. i have the same issue when using HBOGo from time to time.

rather not tempt fate rinse :/ sorry! why don't you get somnia or someone else that isn't in the league to just draft for you? i dont understand why people dont want to do that

i anticipate that the league will start tomorrow after the draft. pre-season games will be 2 day advance periods so the regular season should start about next sunday!

during the pre-season, we will be testing out different slider settings so it is important that you provide feedback on the pre-season games vs. what you experienced with the games of season 1! i don't need an essay on it but just basic stuff: AI reaction, open receivers/covered receivers, etc

i'm going to be advancing the league shortly because it doesn't appear you can complete trades at this stage. so if you have any draft scouting points to spend then please do it within the next couple hours. i will be advancing at 7 pm pst

no. they'd have to join the league as the jags and then you'd probably lose your coaching #'s. so maybe not a good idea :(

p.s.

league will now advance at 8 pm pst due to requests to extend! i just want to have it advanced before tomorrow morning so any pre-draft trades can be in place

Please don't advance the league, I still need to scout, I've been busy the last few days and really haven't done much outside of one night. I won't be able to do so until later tonight anyway.

Is there a reason why we need to do advance tonight instead of a few minutes before the draft?

i wont advance then. only reason i was is because for some reason trades can't be accepted until we advance to the next step.... and some of the trades have picks involved :(

Yeah, but if most heads show up to the draft they can input it a few minutes before, how long does it take?

Edit:I'll try to pump it out tonight, I only need an hour or so top probably, maybe a bit more. So I'm estimating by midnight tonight my time you can advance it, probably earlier, unless others have scouting to do.

Nope. This will probably be a "next gen" feature, even though it was available last year on their shitty website. I don't know how EA figured a way to make drafting less accessible.

really you can't? They can't even figure out how to make it work on a fucking website and you think they can make an app?!

Delusional. Madden devs are utter hacks.

i think next year we'll have a bit better website/smart phone features. there are a lot of annoyances with CCM but considering the great jump from last year i am willing to cut them a little slack.... for now!

This is what we wanted. I love it. I'm hoping we go 7+ seasons this year.

i'll go over this again once pre-season starts but some facts about pre-season:

1. two day advancement periods
2. injuries will be turned off. the reason for this is there are bound to be some simmed games (crazy ass sim injuries!) and because we will be testing out new sliders. when i change a slider, it resets all injuries and i just dont feel like dealing with all that drama.
3. as i said in #2, we will be testing out different sliders! i'll post the opening week sliders when i know what they'll be, but it will be an all-pro test. CALM DOWN! it is only a test! i just want to see if all-pro with some beefed up defensive stuff is better than all-madden. i don't have too much of an issue with all-madden but some people want to test out all-pro and that's what we'll do!
