I actually think it should be even stricter for future seasons, if you had to have someone fill-in for you and weren't responsible enough to finish your games, you get punted behind any player who played out their schedule, unless you had an extenuating circumstance like your 360 breaking. I mean, folks had players fill in this year because they didn't get around to finishing?
It's a way to incentivize players' attendance going forward, rather than Wellie having to ban like a hojillion dudes.

Damn, this sucks. I'm going to end up with the fucking Dolphins or Falcons.

I did everything in my power to join the season at the very start and I played all my games in a timely manner, but whatever.

It depends on if the Dolphins owner takes the QB and RB off of the IR. If they do, the team isn't THAT bad. The D is certainly NFL quality, and I'd wager that the only real embarrassing vital position would be WR in that situation.

I used them in practice mode without doing the IR guys, and I think it's only fair that the person is allowed to use Green and Brown. The team is absolutely abysmal as is right now. Lemon plays like a created schmuck of an overall 20 rating. :lol

Are you shitting me? Did you see how many fumbles Ronnie Brown has in the league stats? 10, behind only Brandon Jacobs. And yes, I'm holding down RB, i.e. PROTECT BALL. Ronnie may be decent IRL, but in Madden he is far from it. Don't even get me started on Concussion Green.

I will say that the defense has performed decent, and at times like the unit of 06. But they seem to tire the fastest out of any defense I've played with in Madden 07. I constantly am looking at yellow/red player numbers in the defensive playcalling screen.

I know it hasn't been determined what's happening with playoff teams vs. new teams (why the heck not!?), but it would be nice to see how the playoff teams shake out as we get knocked out of contention.

I would think I'm the fifth to pick among playoff teams (lowest seed in second round), but I'd like to see it official... and it would be nice to know where that is in the overall picture, as well.

I joined for Erin Brockovich discussion
Seahawks are good for defense...and kicking. Unless I totally blow at offense, prepare for frustrating offense. No great WR's or TE's, average RB (Shaun goes down at 1st contact....sucks, but that's SO REAAAAAAL), TE is meh and slow.

Seneca Wallace seems like a good idea, being the 2nd fastest QB in the game, but his arm is so fucking erratic. I've come to a stop, thrown the ball on a crossing route, and he'll throw it 25 yards too high and further forward than necessary. And will fumble at first contact. Slide or get out of bounds. Hasselback is accurate, but arm strength is poor at long distance. You will get picked off by safeties alot, and you have no hope of "throwing it long and being complete" Short passes, Short passes, SHORT PASSES.

I was stuck between Steelers and Bengals. As much as I love Heisman Palmer my choice is made:

I'm going with former USC safety Troy Polamalu and the Pittsburgh Steelers!

Guys, it's all under control. No pick is official until we've confirmed it. Matrix is currently making his choice. I already know Cold's pick but it's not official until it's his turn. There might be a bit of a wait when it's Denog's turn.

Carson Palmer is on suicide watch in reality, but in this game he's living it up, rated 94! They probably have the best top 2 recievers in the league, next to the Colts.

We'll have to wait till Saturday probably for the next pick, so sit back and make yourself a mojito.
