It's always the season for me, this is number 5, 4 RROD and one that would just freeze up after about 10 minutes of play, sigh.

Good lord, i was going to ask you to play our other game too...man, now what? I think i have 3 out of my last 4-5 games with systems out of commission.

I decided after breakdown 3 happened in November that the next dead 360 was getting traded in for a PS3. I just hope that by then Madden (and basically every other multiplatform game) aren't gimped on PS3.

Sorry about being MIA for a while, planning a wedding for July '08 on top of a full time job is a time consuming/stressful undertaking...

GGs Livewire and LJ. I got lucky in both of those games....

I'm loving the PS3 league momentum here... if reports indicate both versions are virtually identical, then a PS3 league should be viable imho. By August '08, the PS3 should have substantial updates with its online situation making it less of a headache to coordinate games and send invites...

Hey guys, I hate to say it, but I'm done. My schedule continues to be awful, and I've got more responsibilities in the daytime that make it really hard to plan very far in advance.

I feel like enough of a deadbeat for being really behind, but I had hoped things would become easier in the new year. As much as I'd still like to play, I know it's going to be a huge pain in the ass for me (and my opponents) to find a suitable time.

Based on last season, I figured things would work out fine, but my insane holiday schedule and my new circumstances this year have sort of wrecked things. I work on a rotation system, so hopefully there'll be a future season this year (or next) where I'll be off these dreadfully late nights... but I don't think I can participate so long as I'm on my current schedule.

If it helps, I'll happily play when/where I can, or as a fill in if needed.... but I just really don't see myself being able to catch up... and I'm really sorry about that.

GG Shawn. 3 balls that for some reason were horribly underthrown = easy interceptions and a loss. Looking over the rules, there is no rule against snapping with a WR in motion as far as I can see. Either way, the WR I motioned was someone I'd hot routed to stay in to block so I don't see what difference it makes.

GG Ando....thanks for clarifying what you did there. While there isn't a rule typed out per se regarding motioning receivers, there was an issue with ChrisJames doing that to me in Season 10 where it was highly discouraged by FMT. Reasoning being that hiking while the receiver is behind the o-line sets up a "pick" on his defender more often than not. It is something I saw regularly while playing random games, so I am very familiar with what damage can be done with that tactic.

See you in the playoffs...

Guys, I'm still around -- I tried to play with FMT this week and my disc is split. I'll get a new one this week and be back at it. Been busy with work and other stuff :/

I hate Madden. Coldblodded played a damn good game and had a great comeback, but damn if my secondary didn't drop at least 10 passes that they did the "catch" animations for. Dre Bly is rated in the 90s and dropped at least 5 INTs all by himself. It's so frustrating to not be able to win in the last few minutes. Especially when whoever I'm playing gets an instant sack on a crucial third down after which I could run down the clock. It seems to happen to me all of the damn time.

both our secondary's sucked balls. i remember you first drives sheldon brown dropped the duck that culter threw in the air, and lito had an easy drop with the same kinda throw. i was going crazy

No, that's 12 AM (EST). :( Tomorrow night sucks for me too, but then after that I'm good any time in the evenings after 5:30 PM (6:30 EST).

Rors, I think I dealt with a lot of BS in that game, and well it comes with Jets territory, but that onside kick that sealed the game for you was horseshit!
