Who stole the Jays offense? Fifty? R_GILL? If any of you guys boosted it please mail it to their hotel in KC in time for the next game.

E-rron Hill with the dagger into AJ's back, I am 100% sure the Jays will let the base runner Brown score. Mama and Papa Burnett aren't going to be happy with this shit!

I honestly don't know what to think of the kid. He's incredibly adept at getting himself into huge jams and allowing the opposing team to gain momentum and rhythm and then just crushes that flow.....

He definitely has good stuff. He doesn't really get hit hard, he just gets himself into trouble because his control isn't good yet. If he can get that issue sorted out, we may have something special.
 
This ump still hasn't picked a consistant strike zone, and it's starting to piss me off.

Pelfrey is now up,Maine is healthy again,sooner or later Bannister will make it back,and with the way rookie reliever Henry Owens was throwing pure nasty shit tonight...well its only inevitable. This guy is so bad that he made Willis looks like Big Pappi with the bat,christ.

Seriously-get Lima the hell out of town,hell get him out of the organization period. I haven't heard boos from Shea this bad since Steve Traschel was sent down to the minors years back. Atleast he pulled it together though. At this point I'd take Jose Canseco pitching over Lima.
What an ugly,ugly game tonight. I defy anyone to not find the word Lima when looking for an alternative meaning to the word junk within the English dictionary. He makes Victor Zambrano look like an ACE.
 
Game was over anyway, but Ozzie, stop overusing McCarthy, jesus ****ing christ. It doesn't matter if he was supposed to be a starter. When he's in our goddamn bullpen, you can't consistantly march him out there for 3 innings.

****ing irritating already.

edit: I hope Politte gives up like 6 runs here and we finally DFA his worthless ass. God he sucks.


edit 2: Well I hope we at least win tomorrow since I'll be at the game. But I knew we'd struggle against Lester. Those first few innings gave me false hope. Beckett and Schilling have given up a combined 39 homers, and we hit more than any other team in the league, so that gives me some hope I guess.
 
A few things...

Great win tonight. The ChiSox are tough anywhere, but especially at home, so getting a win with the rook going is good stuff. Hopefully homer happy Schill and Beckett can keep the ball in the park this weekend.

I ****ing hate Tampa Bay. The aces of our staff surrender bombs to the likes of Ty Wigginton and Julio Lugo, while a scrub like Jaret Wright shuts them down completely. Nice.

How in the hell did the Jays give up 13 runs to the Royals? You guys better do something quick, because you're faaaaaading away. Remember, you only have 7 games left against us.
 
The Royals have outscored us 19-5 in two games..We have two more against them..If this gets any worse I'll start tightening my loose.

All 4 White Sox games I've been to this season have been sell outs, and tomorrow will be the fifth. I'm 3-1 so far, so hopefully that continues.

But Freddy is ****ing inconsistant, so I will just say this: if Beckett pitches good, Freddy will pitch even better and we should win. But if Beckett pitches like shit, Freddy will pitch even worse, and we'll lose even if we score 10 runs.

Freddy always plays as well as the opposing pitcher, and in most of his shitty starts we can outslug the other team. Not the case with the Red Sox.

I never want too see Lima is Mets uniform again. Owens looked good but his fastball looked like it had no movement only striaght. I can't wait to see Pelfrey tommrow.
 
theres a bunch of "sources" saying the yankees are gonna trade chacon to the mariners for joel pineiro. and apparently the red sox are interested in jeff weaver :D

Astros have a way of letting go of a player at exactly the right time. Lima hasn't been shit since the 2 years at the Astrodome. I remember him blaming all his troubles on the hitter-friendly Minute Maid Park. I don't think Shea has shit in common with MMP. Lima is done. I hope he saved his money.

I know the Astros let go of Schilling, but he admits that he was a terrible pitcher when the Astros let him go and him leaving the lowly Astros (at the time) was a wake up call.
 
Gagne done for the season.. inevitable but sad nonetheless. Gotta wonder if his career will ever be anything again or what. :\
