"Your jealous taunts and a blood clot won't stop me from a playoff appearance and building homes for needy families . . . AT THE SAME TIME."
Remember children, blood thinners so TOTALLY own blood clots.

The Frankman said:Knowing the Mets they'll keep him out a minimum 10 days, meaning the earliest he comes back is the series in Houston. Unless Glavine wants the ball early, for he can't be stopped or reasoned with . . .
He ain't . . .
Go-ing no-where,
He ain't . . .
Goin' no-where,
He can-not be stoppped now,
'cause its New York FOR LIFE!!!
EDIT: I sent this to FAN Instant Access:
Great to hear that Tom Glavine is ok. The jealous taunts of Braves fans and a blood clot won't stop him from a playoff appearance and building homes for needy families . . . AT THE SAME TIME. Glavine is immortal. Glavine is indestructible. Not even HIV can stop him. All he needs is children's aspirin.

Angelus said:Yeah...maybe you missed all the Yankee and RedSox posts the last few days then. This board must have ties with ESPN.:lol
I miss the days of Kuroyume being the lone annoying Mets fan.
I also miss all the Cubs fans and their hopeless dreams.

We continue to watch Edgardo Alfonzo with a curious eye, especially with infielder Jose Valentin suffering a hamstring injury at the major league level.
Alfonzo is doing his best to show that there is still life in his bat, hitting .281 with two home runs and seven RBI in 64 at-bats this month. Alfonzo has also made good contact, striking out just six times and working eight walks.
With the Mets showing little development among other infield prospects, it stands to reason that Fonzie's happy days could return to Shea Stadium in the event Valentin must go on the disabled list.

Eminem said:Oh, and let's not get too serious here either. The degeneration mets shit and stuff annoys me, but not to the point of "JESUS SHUT THE **** UP I WANT TO KILL YOU"
We're all friends here. We're not seriously upset at any of that shit, just playfully annoyed.
Outside of SAS this is the best MLB crew I've encountered online, Mets fans and all.
