Bengals won both their games on ESPN/ABC last year, let's hope they can keep up that record against the Jags next week. I'm still having trouble coming to terms with the fact they're 4-0. I think my head would explode with joy if they were 5-0.

I'm right with you. That's why I am so excited. I'm 28, and was barely a teenager (!) the last time they had a winning record.

stephen jackson actually looked pretty decent when they actually handed the ball to him, and Faulk is past his prime, but still can be productive. Martz is a moron. And don't give me the "they had to throw cause they were behind" shit, cause they had ZERO rush yards in the 1st half.

Well when your first four carries net you an amazing -7 yards, you tend to run less. That means Martz would somehow manage negative carries.

Overall it came out to 15 carries for 42 yards, so it wasn't so bad. The passing D for the Giants continues to get shredded. :(

You sound really down considering the game's end result!

This is horrible football. Some of the fuckups would be a disgrace even at the high school level.

Holy shit, Rattay just got rocked! Talk about ragdoll physics.

Shantyman, thanks for your support of Eli.

As to guys with historically shitty teams, I hope we can put our differences aside and cheer for each other's teams. Congrats on the win friend. :)

Historically shitty? The Giants went to the Superbowl a few years ago and won a couple over the last 20 years.

You can't compare your suffering to the Bengals.

We are going to bring you back down to Earth. The world will end if the Bengals end up winning the AFC North. The Steelers will set the record straight when the Bengals come to town.*

* Unless Chad Johnson decides to anally rape the Steelers secondary as he has done many times in the past. Hopefully we can get a lead early which will make the Bengals one dimensional and will lead to some sort of containment.

It's going to be up to our defense, we've never been able to contain your running game and I honestly don't know if we'll be able to stop it now. Our rookie linebackers are showing promise but this game will be the true first test for them this season. They will have to step up for us to have a chance. If our secondary has to come up to help them contain the run we'll get burned from your passing game.

However if it turns in to a shootout, I like our chances. Palmer is looking very comfortable out there and with a third reciever emerging as a threat along with a decent TE in Schobel and two backs that can catch the ball, when we're clicking we will be hard to stop.

It's likely that we'll be coming into this game at 6-0 and 4-1. Like I said in my earlier post this game is going to rock.

This is one of those games where I have absolutely no idea what is going to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if either team won by 20 or if i was a low scoring game that went down to the wire.

If we come into that game 2-2 though and the Bengals are 6-0 it is going to be an intense and ugly game.

It's a fricken fumble. Let's go Cardinals, let's go. CLAP CLAP CLAP!

BTW, is there like, barbed wire and a steel fence at the end of one endzone? WTF?

It's all around the field.

It's so the fans don't murder soccer players during the game. They have to wait until after.

Someone needs to tell the Cardinals to try and catch the ball with their hands.

Just horrible receivers for both teams.

Why did the NFL decide to bring this game to Mexico again? Steelers/Pats or Indy/Pats would have been a kickass way to introduce football to Mexico.

how shitty does Alex Smith have to be right now that he can't get in ahead of Craptay?

Nolan doesn't want to rush him...But under the circumstances I say put his ass in NOW!!!...If not now, wait until we've gotten our ass raped by the Colts then put him in.

Mission failure, then, huh?

Also, I think at least one of these teams has to attempt like a 70 yard field goal in this game in order to try and cheese out a record. 7500 feet in the air, and they're consistently kicking KOs through the uprights. :D

Fuck this shit..I'm going to bed

i wish Boldin would make catches like that on my Madden franchise team. He fuckin sucks in the game.

and on a similar note, apparently Gruden is some kind of genius because Cadillac Williams just won NFC Defensive Player of the Week on Madden, finishing the game with 5 tackles and 2 ints...

Mexicans don't want the Pats coming down there.

The Mexicans would totally love the Patriots. Look at how beloved the Pope was down there, imagine what they would do for a team quarterbacked by the son of God himself.

Well I was also hoping that Brady would get caught molesting a few kids and sending money to Osama and get sent to jail.

Oh yeah, someone needs to explain how the forward pass works...

Just turned on the game, my initial reaction...

OMGWTF ARIZONA WINNING?! o_O

Edit* Rattay just fumbled, then Arizona fumbles the recovery? :lol oh man this is bad.

The son of God doesn't molest little boys.

Also, the Niners O-line reminds me of the Redskins offensive line for the past two years. Remember that one game Ninja where the Redskins had like 4 false starts in a row? Ahh the memories of living in DC.
