I'm guessing the chick in the trailer wearing the black mask with the red marks on it is Sin(Red Skull's psycho daughter), and the dude on the poster is US Agent.

Dude in the posted is US Agent, as for the girl.

Erin Kellyman portrays a masked member of the anarchist anti-patriotism group the Flag-Smashers,[4][18] a

I don't know much about the Flag Smashers in the comics.

She's apparently a gender-swapped Flag-Smasher.

Disney is like shoving stuff at our throats

Looks awesome and everything, but damn, I'm with a fatigue

I guess I'm ready. Nice to see the return of Peggy's neice, grand-daughter? I am not sure.

Looks pretty good.
6 Episodes is good too, don't stretch it out if it's not necessary. I'd rather see more stuff like this, shorter seasons with nice production values instead of endlessly stretched out shows that go on for too long.

Ugh those fans who kept gushing about the Bucky and Sam "can you move your seat?" scene being so funny.

"I wanna see a Bucky and Sam buddy cop movie so much where they bicker and argue all the time!!!" - every nerd especially at collider after Civil War

Dumb nerds, Marvel listens to you guys too much. I never wanted this. I wanted a movie or show of Bucky kicking ass being the new Captain America.

Damn, is that carrot top in the mask at the bottom? Dude is jacked so should be a good villain :)

And WOW, Disney REALLY missed the boat not having Bucky play a young Luke Skywalker in a post ROTJ series.

Aren't you always saying this?
Is it required in every hero based thread?
Until they stop making them or start making them good, yes. Wouldn’t it be shitty if everyone liked everything together? The problem is they make decent trailers to pull people like me in and then the film or series is just meh.

I’m sick of the same formula and the same hero’s over and over. They have this huge pool and only use like the same 15 people.

I mean you know what you are gonna get. Bitching and complaining about it ain't gonna change that.

I wouldn't go in a korean pop thread and bitch about not liking it, but that's just me.

Don’t want to get my hopes up but...
after that FOXverse Quicksilver X-men cameo in Wandavision this week...if this is indeed Madripoor holy fuck they’re really maybe finally doing X-men? Have to think without COVID we probably wouldn’t have gotten these teases at all.

The majority of both WandaVision and Falcon and Winter Soldier were filmed before COVID. There was just a couple weeks on each to finish after COVID.

NOW I know what I’m getting. But I would be a liar if I said I haven’t seen almost every Marvel show and movie. They weren’t all like they are now. Thinking about Iron Man OG and the old Hulk movies that used unique directors and ideas. It’s GOTTEN to a point where it’s a formula made by like 3 people and none of the ideas seem original or creative. It all seems like a rip off of a rip off with some bang boom CGI and Zimmer music.

There is a reason Joker, Logan and Deadpool were really great films, because they stood on their own and had a point and creative ideas. They weren’t paint by numbers mass produced feeling shit.

After Wandavision I’m just checked out from anything having to do with this.

Do you like all the movies and shows or do you think some are garbage and unnecessary in various ways?

I'll give it a shot but neither are exactly favorite characters of mine. I'm looking forward to the Loki and She-Hulk shows myself.

I'm not sure how you can see all the MCU films as being the same. The are all tonally different for starters, unless the same director is on multiple films, even GOTG and Thor: Ragnarok feel different. But even movies by the same director/s can have totally different structures, Infinity War and Endgame are nothing alike in terms of narrative. They all present their own little narrative surprises that keeps comic fans guessing. They all change up the third act, Ant-man and the Wasp doesn't even have a villain per say, ad to the fact that Ant-Man 1 and 2 are again totally different in terms of narrative.

The Phase 1 films are the most generic of the MCU films in terms of plot and narrative, Thor being the only one that throws in a few surprises.

And when you say original, what exactly do you mean? Yes, Deadpool and Logan are great but they aren't original. We have seen the "protect the girl/child and get across the border" story a thousand times. And have you not seen Super or Kick Ass? They did the R rated comedic hero story before Deadpool. Joker I don't consider a comic story at all, it's an original story with the Joker name slapped on and if it wasn't called Joker it probably would not have received the same recognition by the majority of people.

I think 20 out of the 23 MCU films are amazing. Captain Marvel is good but not great. Thor: Dark World and Incredible Hulk are not great and boring.

I have issues with all the other super hero movies by the other studios, Fox and Sony were/are terrible at making them. Fantastic Four and Venom are just horrible tripe and I have no faith in Morbius because it will probably feel like another late 90's/early 2000's rehash film. The Netflix shows got boring, Agents of SHIELD got boring, Hulu shows were OK and the Arrowverse I stopped watching because season 2 of Supergirl started focusing on sister lesbian problems.

Fair enough. I’m sure I will end up watching and complaining, but that’s the way the cookie cutter cuts.

Some are garbage, but I know what I am getting when I watch them.

IMO you should stop watching these movies/tv shows if all you are gonna do is complain about them. Again you know what you are getting and if knowing that you still watch them and bitch about it then that's on you.

You are checked out of Wandavision, which is different than anything we've seen from Marvel Studios before. Seems to me that it's a chore to you to watch these movies/shows and you are not enjoying them. I was like that with a couple of mobile games I used to play, but I broke myself free and was much better off. Just try to find something else you actually enjoy and do that. You don't have watch these things.

The Sony venomverse is especially egregious. Aunt May spy movie was planned? Nightwatch? Madame Web? And so many others including Morbius and Kraven. Kraven, btw, should have been an obvious villain for Spider-Man 3 but Sony is trying to force their crappyverse into the MCU.

I think Spider-Man has a top 3 rogue gallery behind Batman and X-Men, but the vast majority of characters cannot carry their own film. Sony is trying to get MCU money without having MCU content. Venom sucked, but people watched it because it was Venom. Andy Serkis is not a good director, so even with Carnage I don't think Venom 2 will be good. Morbius would work so much better on a Blade or Midnight Sons movie.

Bloodshot, Amazing Spider-Man, and Venom is the quality you can expect from Sony sans Marvel Studios.
