6-7 during school. 8-9 otherwise.

I slept through my alarm, until 3-fucking-pm today. I was so irritated. Didn't say good morning to anyone.

I go to bed early on school days. Usually before 10:30 to even as early as 9 if I'm tired. Wake up at 6 AM. So that's about 8-10 hours. On the weekends I stay up later (sometimes up to 2-3AM) and wake up anywhere between 9AM to 10PM. So that's only about 6-7 hours sometimes but usually I still keep to my 8-10.

8-10

Sunday to Wednesday nights: 5-6 hours

Thursday to Saturday nights: 7-8 hours

I didn't have Friday classes this year, so I could sleep in that day.

If I don't have about 9 hours, I'm tired the next day.

I hate people who only sleep 4 - 6 hours a night and are fine like that. They just have SO much more time to do things.

well not really...yet
Usually 6-7 hours.

Longest sleep was probably the day I slept from 10 pm the previous night, to 5 pm the next day

Even if you could survive without sleep, you'd still want more time. *shrugs*

Usually 5-6 during school cause I just can't fall asleep before 2am anymore, even with school at 8am the next morning. Weekends, about 10 hours. The night before an exam, urrg, 6 if it's one I'm not worried about, 2 if I am.

I don't start school till noon, so I get about 10 hours of sleep at night. Though I do wake up several times in the middle of the night, I still get sufficient sleep.

No doubt, but it just seems so unfair. There are people out there, believe it or not, who only sleep 4 hours a night. Margaret Thatcher for example, and she was Prime Minister! That's got to be a tiring job.

I used to hate school and homework, because it basically took up my entire day. I had to be up by 7 to get ready and then get to school, and I got home just before or just after 5. Then I've got my homework to do, which towards the end of my school life took 3-4 hours a night, with half an hour to eat in there too, so now on a bad day it's 9.30 already. And I have to be in bed by 10 if I don't want to be tired the next day, which I don't as that would make thing like doing homework just take longer. So on a bad day, i had half an hour to myself. Really good days, I probably got two hours.

But if I only needed 4 hours a night? 5-7 hours to myself a day to do what I wanted! Wow, that would have been so much less stressful and more fun.

I can't do anything about it, I know, and school's behind me, but it still bothers me.

used to be 3 to 4, but closer to 4 to 5 now. Sometimes on saturdays I get six...it's my own fault, i go to bed late and the kid never sleeps in

I average 3-4 per night during the week.

On the weekends, I get probably 10 hours of sleep a night.

The past week and a half or so were hell on me though. I was awake all night, and I'd sleep for 2-3 hours around 4:30 PM every night. Pure hell on my body, but thank god I was able to get to bed on Friday night. fixed my schedule right up.

I wish I could do more in sleep. Like study/work/chores... all the boring stuff. Then do the stuff we really enjoy when we are awake.

0-4 hours of sleep a night, weekdays and weekends too. Sometimes I will take like melletonin and such and be able to get 6-8 hours of sleep a night, but not always. I sleep at really weird times as well, for like two hour spans.

Not sleeping at night = more time for writing! :)

Oddly, I always seem to feel really tired if I over sleep, like 10+ hours.
Weird, I though I was the only one who got that. Like last night I went to bed at 3 and got up at 1 in the afternoon. Been tired all day (despite not really doing anything).

You experience that if you fap before you sleep.

While classes are in session, usually 6 hours or so. During finals week (which is approaching rapidly), around 3-5 hours per night, if that (I'm king of the all-nighters; they get much harder the older you get lol).

I find that when I can sleep in and don't set my alarm, my body's tendency is to get around 9 hours of sleep, so I assume that's what my body technically "needs" to feel rested. I do feel tired even when I get 8 hours, though it obviously wears off after the first hour you're awake.

I can't wait for winter break-- one month of 9 hours of sleep per night. Ahhh... :D

2.45am now, I'm up at 6.30am for work. I'm normally away an hour earlier than this, but other than that tonight is typical. so:

3 - 4 hours.

Then one night in the week I spaz out and crash really early and begin the cycle a new. Of course on weekends I sleep in til about 1pm.

My life is pretty unfulfilling, but meh, there's always someone worse off.. lots and lots of people in fact.

2-5 on weekdays, 6-8 on weekends. Given the chance, I run about 30 hours awake, and 8 asleep, but that clearly doesn't fit into the normal work or school schedule.
