Also I think Big Mom's fine as a emperor, it's just we kinda sped through this arc, doffy we spent a lot(A LOT) of time with so it feels weird that someone higher up the ladder is in sight. I'm sure when(if) we get a flashback to Mom's past this won't feel like a discount thriller bark.

Perona was honestly a lot more annoying than Pudding is. Pudding is like a little spoiled mafia girl with a really unique power and, now, an unexpected tragic touch to her backstory.
Pudding is a lot easier to hate on a moral level, but as a character she is pretty well written and stands out compared to the other villains in the series. She and Monet both make really good female bad guys.

Usopp is constantly reacting to the crazy shit that goes on and providing straight man commentary.
He's also a goofy character, but a straight man can have their own quirks and goofiness. Usopp definitely fulfills the role of the straight man during many of the comedic scenes for the crew.

For the record, when I say 'best', I don't mean 'most heartwarming' or 'nicest' or any of that crap. That's only a part of it. But for me, it's a combination of things that make them interesting. Stuff like Bakugo and Midoriya is a far more interesting relationship than anything in OP for me.
