With the way Murata is going with the redraw its not hard to believe.

Is Mumen Rider called Bicycle guy in the english dub, or is that just what the kid called him?

4 episodes in the dub is pretty good at dubs go, though the Japanese voices actors are still a few notches above.
I'm just glad the Japanese track didn't have Metal Bat being quite as offensive as he was in the manga. He liked calling Pri Pri the F bomb on several occasions. Still Slicing Shemale should be interesting and of course Dark Shines origin should go over well haha.

Probably sometime after it finishes airing on Toonami I would imagine the blu-ray being released. My guess would be late 2016 or early 2017.

It won't happen until the dub is complete. There is probably some minimum amount of time between airing and dvd/blu ray release too.
According to attendees of an Autumn Festival event, One Punch Man season 2 was announced for 2017.

oooOOOoooh. dont know how I feel about that. I liked it as a weird little kind of spoof of what an anime is supposed to be, but alright, let's go.
Faster than expected but nice
But it's an ongoing story from a manga. The story didn't really start for example.
On one side there isn't enough to adapt to not make this a clusterfuck. On the other side I don't have to wait a decade to get some sweet animated Metal Bat action.

I have a feeling it probably won't come until late 2017, like a Fall season show. Monster Association might be ready by then.

Actually, up until Decade even Japan would use "Masked Rider" whenever they wrote the title in romaji---starting with W though they begun to use "Kamen Rider" apparently to tie into how the English dub of Kamen Rider Ryuki used "Kamen Rider".
