Hopefully they dont start banning origin accounts left and right![]()
I purchased BF3 on Origin (and only regrettably). If they ban my account for using a coupon that worked, I will never spend another dime on Origin.

I've found a way to get it working for those of you getting invalid codes.
While logged out Origin out go here: http://slickdeals.net/?sdtid=531609...OfferID=29945460209?sourceid=Origin_AFF_LS715
Add the game you want to the cart.
Apply the code.
Then delete the game from the cart.
Back on the slickdeals page if you sort by price you should see this:
In a new tab sign into Origin.
Then back on the other tab add the game to the cart.
And now you'll be able to purchase it for free on your account without having to input the code.
Yeah, I never actually checked out with the second game but I logged in and the price was $0.
Yes, it works every time.
*I find it strange that my first order yesterday took 7 hours or so (for the email) to come through, but now that the site is really getting hammered, it is instantaneous. What?!? lol.
So is some IT guy gonna get fired or a marketer promoted over this...
This is probably the most attention Origin has received since it's inception. EA will take what they can get.
This is great. "Mr asdf reasfgdf" of Alaska has been having a field day.

It's now requiring payment information when checking out. Effectively makes this dead from what I can tell. It didn't do that when I got Crysis.
The new method is working for me after the normal method stopped working. Gotta do it one at a time.

Holy shit, this does work.
Origin was coded by monkeys.
So can you put multiple games on 1 order still as long as it adds up to $20?
They literally can't do that* for some of these games. Sure, they can lock you out of multiplayer, but how many of these games had thriving multiplayer communities anyway?
*if you block the executables in your firewall
Wait so are people not using their real name and address?
Is there any easy way to search for games by price? If this whole thing has taught me anything, its that Origin's basic search and sorting functions kind of suck.
Is the code dead? Is the slickdeal deal alive but $20 off dead? Wish people were specific so I dont have to deal with this slow shite site.

Fuck me. Why am I using my real name and address.
Crap now I'm thinking the same after 5 transactions. I only used Origin during BF3 beta and thought maybe I put my address when signing up for my account.Fuck me. Why am I using my real name and address.
I'm using mine too; shouldn't matter though, right?
I couldn't manage to make both the Slickdeal and the voucher stack, so I'm only using the latter. That means no Battlefield 3, no NFS: The Run, no Dragon Age Origins Deluxe. Is the code dead? I was all excited to go and use this code (I have been away from home all day) but then when I entered in the store I was very unexcited with the selection. The only games I care about I already own either on Xbox or Steam. Good news for anyone who gets something but I think I am just going to pass. Yeah, getting free stuff is always great but dealing with that website simply isn't worth it.
