Sounds like the judge might give him bail.
Yeah unless theres some huge bait and switch i cant see anything else from his tone

I think screams and shouted arguments, especially if occurred over a longer period of time (over 10 minutes up to an hour, as stated), are likely to be heard, perhaps in patches, at 600 metres. Not enough to hear what is said, but to sense what is happening.Six hundred metres is a third of a mile.
There was an explanation given, but it still doesn't make any sense.Did he ever explain why she locked the bathroom door?

I kind of feel bad every time the prosecution says he'll be a flight risk and then people in the court laugh. It's quite obvious they're laughing about his disability.
=(
...and not about his running ability? I wouldn't be surprised if there are people laughing at his disability, but is it not just as likely that they're laughing at the idea of an athlete being a "flight risk"?

I'm sorry, but that just sounds too superhuman to me. I know what 600 metres is like on a daily basis because that's about the distance from my house to the nearest school, and I'm very confident that you would not be able to hear any sort of human voice at that kind of distance no matter how loud it is.I think screams and shouted arguments, especially if occurred over a longer period of time (over 10 minutes up to an hour, as stated), are likely to be heard, perhaps in patches, at 600 metres. Then, a series of gunshots would retroactively confirm in one's mind that one had heard distant shouting/arguing.
Why are people calling it a murder and why are some gaffers calling him a murderer? Presumed innocent before proven guilty anyone ?

Mmmm...I don't think so.

That doesn't make much sense, pretty much everywhere on the Internet there are jokes about his disability.
Also here's the horrible story of a paraplegic man waiting for his trial in South African prisons:

You do your name justice.
How so? =(
I was basically saying "I just don't see it that way."

Why is it so laughable that the neighbours (only 600m away) may have accurately heard loud shouts and gunfire, in a silent-at-night gated community?
Can't they just reenact the crime and test if it's plausible? It's close to half a mile (edit: over a third of a mile). From inside a house. I have trouble accurately hearing things from down the street. Half a mile, in a house, it'll be muffled as hell. You could be down the block (less than quarter of a mile), hear a gunshot and wonder what it was. You may have a good idea of what it was but we are trying to gauge certainty. It's not about what it was but was he certain. He heard yells and screams and gunshots accurately at that distance, all while it was in a house? It'll be like that old lady scene in My Cousin Vinny x 1000.
