Ozymandias (Breaking Bad) is the best piece of television ever produced

Person of Interest has a number of stellar episodes that I would easily rank as some of the best television ever.

"Relevance"
"The Devil's Share"
"RAM"
"Root Path"
"Beta"
"Deus Ex Machina"
"If-Then-Else"

This would be my list of absolutely great Person of Interest episodes with The Devil's Share as my own personal favourite. I probably watched that episode three times in a row. It's a damn shame that this show gets ignored by so many because it's on CBS and has Procedural roots.

And because Babylon 5 has been mentioned a few times. Goddammit this show had high highs. "The Coming of Shadows", "The Long, Twilight Struggle", "Severed Dreams", "War Without End Part 1 & 2", "The Long Night/Into the Fire", "No Surrender, No Retreat", "Endgame" and of course "Sleeping in Light". But I guess you have to have a high tolerance for 90s Sci Fi to really appreciate the show.

It's so wierd. I remember having a great time watching it, but right now I can't seem to remember what happens there...

Anyway, for best episode, I think I'll go with either Six Feet Under finale, or The shield finale. Both perfect in so many different ways.

I've recently watched The Sopranos for the first time ever. While I enjoyed it, I don't find it to be "the best show ever". Maybe your prespective changes over time. What I mean in, when it was aired, it was something else in TV, while today it's a great show, but nothing that hasn't been done.

shield finale was a little bit better. ozymandias was just a tinnnyyy bit too predictable. Not that it's a necessarily a bad thing for most viewers for an episode to be predictable

Unforgettable, for sure.

Yea this gets my vote. The pacing, mystery, thrill, acting and the payoff especially was incredible. It helps that the actors the episode focuses on are the better ones out of the cast.
