I myself find this a little hard to believe. What the hell would his motive be for crashing into her. These guy have a reputation of somewhere between a snake and Adolph so there basically screwed no matter what. It kind of anoys me how so many people think there so evil yet pick up people magazine every week.

Is that considered attempted murder? That is, if they can prove it was intentional?

Need more details. CL, SL or SLK?

No, aggravated assault but not murder unless on of the guys say they were ramming her in the hopes of killing her.

He was hoping she would be injured so she could swell up...and not look like a skeleton anymore.

That's the price you pay, Gibson. THAT'S THE PRICE!!

Why can't celebs get it through their tiny, oh so symetrical, brains? They wan't wealth, fame and their privacy?

I assume you mean they can't have... I'm not a celeb but it seems I suffer from the same "symetrical brain" disease as they do, cause I can't seem to understand why they can't have wealth, fame and their privacy. Where in the Constitution or other body of law does it say that if you have fame and or wealth you loose all privacy?

He was just pissed at her recent changes and decided to take it out on her finally, for all of us.

"Lose your tits. your red hair. your curves! I used to be following around a hottie!! Now look at me.. ragHHRR!! *whips wheel to the left*"

Well, I figure the paparazzi are a part of the "deal" when you become as famous as, say, someone like Brad Pit. It's something they have to live with.

The film itself, and correct me if I am wrong, wasn't very successful. That may speak of the general public's sympathy for celebs unfortunate enough to be victim to the paparazzi.

There are some in the world who have to suffer far worse than paparazzi, who don't have their millions of dollars and fame to comfort them.

I will agree that the loss of privacy is unfortunate, put the paparazzi do have their rights as well. Some do overstep the boundaries, and they should be punished. And the celebs who punch photographers in the face should also be (and have) punished.

I just got sick of seeing Mel Gibson whine about this. I should watch less television.

Nobody becomes an actor with aspirations to become the NEXT Brad Pitt and expect the lunacy that is paparazzi to come with it. These girls and guys just want to act because it's something they like. You'll get your man/female diva asshole that wants the fame and glamour occassionally, but they're a minority.

Man, that guy tagged Lohan's car good. I hope he likes jail.

I agree. The fame and fortune is thrust upon those lucky enough to have the stars align to perfectly. Sometimes actors seek it out (like Jim carey, who wrote himself a $20 m cheque-with hopes of cashing it).

Anyways, my point is, yeah the paparazzi sucks, but the next time I see someone like Gibson or Diaz complain about it, I'm going to snap. it's a small price to pay for the good fortune in your life. Live with it. Don't make movies about it.

Eh, I dunno, I wouldn't want people following me around and following EVERY FUCKING INSTANT of my life. I like being able to get into my car and drive around in it, not be surrounded by people.

That said, I don't think I'd be interesting enough to be paparazzified if I were famous.

Damn...what's with that camber angle on that wheel. I don't think Benzes look like that. She's gonna' need a camber adjustment up front, possibly a new axle. :p

Oh, right...I'm glad she's ok. That too.

She's more of a tragedy than the car.

God I'm gonna just stop looking at pics of her. It makes me depressed.
