Even then I remember seeing the best sales for electronics end of November.

There is a chance something might go live in the last week, but I doubt it. Sales are soft within the market this year and retailers want to drive a huge Q4. They have guarantees that you wont get a better price or will be refunded etc. I think you can be confident that in this case you will be good to buy from tomorrow.

In Europe Black friday is whenever they can jack up the prices and show you the same price slashed off to the initial price making the consumer think they're getting some good ass deal when in fact all they do is rip you off.

Americans have it too good compared to us.

Yeah everything starting early this year. I think Walmart and Costco and others are starting deals 11/1 this year.
