So this shit has hydrogenated oil, but 0 trans fat, yet hydrogenated oil and trans fat are the same thing?



Hydrogenated peanut butter tastes fucking awesome and natural peanut butter tastes like fucking battery acid and sweat. Do you concur?

Partial and full hydrogenation come out to different results in the stability of fatty acids they contain. Partial creates trans fats, full creates saturated fats.
 
The FDA allows companies to put 0 grams on the label even if there's up to .5 grams of trans fat
its a loophole
