He had huge start and he blew it. He went to buy tons of shit, from professional mic to huge monitor and still would stream through his PS4. The offscreen gameplay was hilarious, when he would play something on that monitor with footage capture and stream through Playroom. He even bought second PS4 to "stream" gameplay.

But the most sad thing is how clueless he is. Dark Souls - is that FPS? All he can talk about is CoD and even then he is not that informed about it.

I thought it was cool at first, but I can't support a dude that knows next to nothing about gaming.

There's a lot of people who have 200+ viewers that were denied partnership that met application requirements. Giving a sub to a 1 day wonder is pretty shitty.

Blowing all that money is funny tho. You don't need all of that to be a twitch sucess. Look at kripp.

Maybe you should site examples.

One channel I watch on occasion is UltraChenTV and it is all about telling you about upcoming fighting game tournaments, results of previous tournaments, analysis of specific matches. All of this is about promoting the scene and teaching you advanced techniques to improve your craft in a bunch of games. I wouldn't want Twitch to ban such a show because they aren't playing the game themselves at all.

Oh God why would he do this? Everyone could see this hitting rock bottom once the novelty wore off, the show was plain bad.
 
Finally got unbanned from Twitch.

So what's their official stance on Playroom right now? Are they still banning channels for people using it as their own personal chatroom?

Spartan Show is nearing it's end. It dropped considerably in views they hover in the 30's. He only takes questions via twitter now hoping he can trend or make it seem more professional.

It's backfiring, no one who has twitter wants to participate with the exception of a few. Since he's refusing to look at questions coming from the chat, the chat has become a mess with off-topic discussions and overall disinterest in the interviews or topics.

Well if it was worth more interest than that, it would have got it! But honestly I can see anything charming at that show! All of it's success is because he was one if the first to do that kind of broadcast!

stopped watching the show since this whole Twitch fiasco started. Maybe I'll see what he's up to in the near future if his show is still a thing

Over the weekend I was watching the remains of a hookah party/get together and like 2 people were sleeping and there were like 4 others all squished onto a couch together. Someone goaded one of the girls to get flour or something and smack a guy who was sleeping on the floor with a handful of it.

He was streaming the other day. He has a green screen now so I'm assuming he's going to stream via PC soon if he isn't already so he's still dumping money into it.

Yeah, i saw that. He said their plan is to stream PC gaming monday through thursday, and do the "show" from the PS4 playroom on the friday for 1 hour.

When he ended the stream the other night, he said they'd be back on streaming dayz in an hour. I didnt check back though, that would of been interesting. Its apparent the guy just wings it when it come to gaming knowledge, he's even admitted he's not too clued in on the scene multiple times... but how good is he at a game like dayz ?

Its a pity he doenst know what the fuck he's talking about really, it could of been something brilliant... Then again, he could quickly learn awhole lot if he put his mind to it... and he'd really want to if he plans to be taken seriously.. i mean.. when asked about UC3 he says he was meaning to play that on PC at some point... The very least he should go back and watch reviews for the top games since the PS1 up to present and take notes. How can you do a gaming show with zero knowledge ?.. when someone asks a random question about a game, using google to answer it is laughable.
 
I guess the twitch mods were asleep last night. There was a couple streaming after midnight. they hit over 2200 viewers when things got x rated.

There's a couple in Canada where the woman keeps flashing on different nights. They get banned and keep coming back under different names I think. They are from Canada and it's a white guy with an asian girl.
 
I'm hearing there is a way to finally turn of the Playroom background music using the new DLC, My Alien Buddy. Does anyone have more information on this?
 
Just turned on my ps4 and went to the streams. First with about 800 viewers is a couple doing ... stuff. Mostly flashing and groping.
They say when they hit 1000 there will be more...
 
I must be blind or stupid. I can never find Playroom channels anymore on Twitch. Saw this thread pop up again wondering if it were about Spartan but I guess lately there is some other action going on again eh.

They banned playroom on twitch. Ustream still supports it.
