I agree that this particular video is crazy. That guy was probably a scumbag but it's very clear the guy the police officer just jumps out of the car and is ready to tase the guy. That being said there are plenty of circumstances where I feel a Taser is very useful and taking down a dangerous individual-this is not the case. What's even crazier is the cop knew he was being filmed!
