Ah. Well, I don't get it (in that respect) either. It was funny at first (the constant "horror" panel) in these comics, but lately it seems kind of hackneyed. Still an ok comic ... just not as great as when it started.

It's (darkly) funny because it contrasts the terror of the astronauts with the carefree feeling of children playing on a snowy day. I personally enjoyed it.
