I was wondering if I was the only one that felt that way. It was a good meme, but I felt like it lost its value within 24-48 hours.

To Microsoft-embedded leadership, software is software and the way MS releases software is to launch a barebones, rough product that works and just iterate on it quickly. Stuff like UI, graphics and bells and whistles take a back seat to base functionality like core gameplay. At launch the product works but it's rough. Two years down the line you end up with a phenomenal product. As a System Engineer this shit frustrates me about new MS products, but that's Agile development for you.

This is the GAAS double-edged sword. We get new content on a frequent basis, but it also allows devs to release unfinished games and update them over time. Microsoft as a culture only know how to do things a certain way, so they applied the same methodology they use for Azure/Office 365 development and applied it to Halo Infinite. We would have had an awesome game...eventually.

So little I actually wanna play on game pass PC I'll prob let it lapse in December, just buy halo.

its a great deal if you play a lot of game but I kinda stick to a few and most of them aren't even on game pass. With the price raise when out of beta $120 is to much.
