That's what I was thinking. Stealth drop a Halo Infinite beta open to all XSX owners and drip invite on PC starting with streamers like Doc. If they nail the gameplay it'll cause crazy hype, especially if they have a BR mode in addition to the usuals.

The Craig thing was funny last week. But now it's like watching autists saying "The Cake is a Lie" years after Portal released.
 
Well they have to bet even more in gamepass right now, after losing their flagship on launch.
They will probably add some more games in gamepass for launch.
 
Jon from DigitalFoundry was saying in that newest video that Microsoft should show up on CDPR's doorstep with a truck full of cash to secure the next-gen version of Cyberpunk.

That could actually be a good idea. Imagine like 6 months or so after launch, they have a console (and PC) exclusive next-gen version of Cyberpunk on game pass and PS5 can only play the PS4 version with the limited patch they're doing.

I agree, it would kill the hype for Halo. Most of us would just play whatever content is available at launch and move on. I think this path works for smaller games like Minecraft Dungeons or Grounded, but not for a AAA title like Halo.

I guess if Xbox fans had something to talk about they wouldn't be relying on Sony Fans at the moment to at least keep Xbox in the conversation with these threads

None of this really surprised me. What I find interesting is that the hardware has been ready for the longest time but they haven't really shown games running on it. Im still confused as to why.

That laser focus on gamepass is a little worrying though.

Shit happens what can you do. Delay Halo more if need be delays are nothing new. I'll buy both consoles. Got a big backlog of 400+ games for the X1. Only have some games on PlayStation. Play games that interest you
