First pick-up of the year for me. The Limited Edition for Cuphead is both kinda cute and kinda meh for me, but it's also pretty mandatory, considering it comes with the DLC expansion on cart.

So I had to finally pull the trigger.

Layers of Fear Remake is getting a PEGI physical release next month in Europe for PS5. The NA release was handled by LRG.

Oh, I almost missed this news about the PEGI release for Slay the Princess if it wasn't for my local video game retailer. Tetsura Games will be handling the European distribution. Probably going with the standard edition since the goodies that come with the special edition are kinda meh IMO. As for the ESRB release, it's being handled by Serenity Forge and the SKUs are slightly different than the PEGI ones.

Was on my way home and decided to stop by a nearby pawnshop to see if they had any interesting games for sale. Noticed they had a copy of Mortal Shell for a tenner, so I decided to snag it.

So it looks like Gris is finally getting a retail version for PS5 this spring. There was a limited release for PS4 years ago through LRG and then a wide retail release for Switch in 2021, I think. I loved this game, and I already have it both digitally on PSN and physically on the Switch, but I think I'll double (triple?) dip for this Deluxe version. Pre-orders are already up on Amazon, and this deluxe SKU is coming to Switch as well.

No steelbook but at least it comes with the standard physical disc gold edition.



There has been some confusion on the part of retailers, as some retailers, at least where I order, have labeled the CE as a "download code" version, while others have not. I asked the retailer explicitly, who in turn asked the manufacturer, and all CE's come with disc, no idea why some retailers sold the CE as download code version.

For the steelbook I had to order the gold edition + steelbook separately, but it's not arrived yet.

I got Dynasty Warriors origins for ps5.
Unless there will be another print run I think it will be difficult to find it soon.
Only one retailer has it in my country at very limited quantities. I can find the most obscure physical releases without issues, don't know what has happened with this one.
