Internets seem to say "one person injured." You can see the two people walking on the right, at least one of them running away near the end of the gif. I'm guessing the second person is behind them. Looks like only the guy on the left actually fell.
Incredible chance that it collided with the bridge when there just happened to be a gap in the people walking though.
