No, they look more like combi microwave grill things, that's a specialist thing. In the UK most ovens have a grill part which is a hot thing suspended above the food you're cooking. I believe some people in the US call it broiling. Which is a stupid word.

I've lived here for 30 years, there is a difference between a grill, a bbq (be it gas or coal) and a combi microwave.

Don't get me wrong, I thought that was witty as fuck. I was going to respond with cooksausagery, but figured that was just riding your coattails.

I had to check the menu for that place, the name seems to be a bit misleading:

Greggs does a mean steak bake.

That just looks like meat pie filling in a puff pastry, which probably doesn't taste too bad but 'steak' as a description of the meat is pushing it.
