There sorta is. Expected attach rates, etc. Basically if you do badly, you're scheduled to work less. (When I was there, my hourly pay was 1-2 dollars above minimum wage) And sometimes they do "contests" where if you get the most credit card applications in the next hour, you get a Best Buy gift card. But no, not commission.
