It's a 6GB download and I think 18GB extracted on Windows Steam, if that's what you mean -- though I'm guessing you mean world map size?

Just means as in general size of the game as in gameplay wise.

Worth pointing out to anyone who's dipping curiously into this thread and hasn't been following the beta one, the review embargo is not yet up but every "Can't comment, but I'll just say that..." -type mention of the game by reviewers pre-embargo has been subtly and not-so-subtly overwhelmingly positive. This game's going to show really well among the critics.

I tend to make my main character a tank of some sort in RPGs so I can build them as good as possible. I went with a Paladin in BG so maybe I'll go with something similar in PoE, though I haven't checked out the classes yet. I only know Barbarian is one of them.

My only question is whether I want to start playing immediately or wait a month or two for some patches to hit. I waited a while to play Divinity and Wasteland 2 and I think both games were improved and tweaked substantially in the interim.

We know for certain Wastleland 2 came out way too early and Divinity had some great patch 2-4 weeks after his release but im pretty confidant Pillars will be good with his day 1 patch.

Go to the eternity.obsidian.net site, login with your Kickstarter email, go to Orders, choose the game, go to your account and you can get your Steam or GOG key.

And yes you can preload on Steam. I'm ready to go!

You've got a good point
Besides my PC haven't been used much besides for paper writing, anime watching, or just gaf trolling browsing all this past two months. Time to fix that take a rest from heavy-action oriented game, and play some party-based RTwP RPG.
