My friends always think I'm weird cuz the only cheese I'll really eat is mozzarella (but then again, how many of you ever heard of an Italian who doesn't eat any cheese?) and usually only when it's on pizza. That being said, the best pizza has gotta be in NYC, with LI being a close second. There's this pizza place in Whitestone/College Point up near the bridge that is just to die for. I hate that thick crust stuff, I like my crust crispy, cardboard thin, with a thin layer of cheese and sweet tomato sauce on it. Then I love loading it up with oregano and red pepper... yummm...
