Sorry for the question here, but I am really uneducated when it comes to gaming. I really want to play this game, but I don't think my PC can handle it. What all would I need to upgrade to get going? And how much would it run me? I really know nothing when it comes to PC gaming.

You can try to buy it now and test it for UNDER 2h and see how it works, if not good enough for you, you can refund it.

I think it will not work very well and you pretty much need to upgrade everything.

You can request a refund for nearly any purchase on Steam—for any reason. Maybe your PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought a game by mistake; maybe you played the title for an hour and just didn't like it.

Play a couple of matches on low settings and if it's still not running well enough for you, get yourself a refund.

I'm thinking that video card (which I'm assuming is integrated) isn't going to cut it. Like everyone else said though, you could always buy it and refund it if it doesn't run well.

Thanks everyone. I don't play PC games so I wasn't aware that was even an option. Someone told me my friend could share it for me as well. I wouldn't mind buying a video card for it if need be. Of course depends on price.

friend gifted me this, it has been rather fun so far. have gotten a couple top 5's in solo, someday i will be a cool guy

hopefully we get another friend for squads, duos are pretty fun too though. the problem with solo is sitting in a spot waiting is a good strat but it gets really boring alone, but its not like i can watch youtube or something

So I haven't played in a week, I had only 7 games since the stats reset and I decided to start a game before going to bed.

30 minutes later I just ended the game with my 3rd solo win with 4 kills including the last 2. I can tell you I need some minutes before I actually go to bed.

Game was really fluid too, 100+ fps and not a single lag. Its a first.

So I installed this on my laptop in addition to my desktop. Everytime I boot up on my laptop it just have a reconnect button. Whats the deal?

Great. I installed the test version of the game instead of the normal one before my trip. No way am I getting this downloaded on hotel internet son of a bitch.

That happened to me about a week ago, it was really frustrating. I had as many crashes on one day as I had had in the previous month+ that I owned the game.

The best tip is just go into the Hot spots like military base or pochinki and get into fights don't look at ranking just get enough 1vs1 situations as possible. After some time when you feel you can handle yourself you can try to win games. Land somewhere safe or get a car and drive somewhere safe. And most important have fun every round you get better.

Won a game with randoms squad, that felt amazing. holy shit end game is intense.

I hope they do some changes in solo so that end game isn't all about who was more lucky at camping. End game is completely horrible solo but I like rest of the experience.

Hey, I actually had some good rounds today after being in a slump for the last week.

Then I had one of those deaths where you make it 100% unambiguously out of the blue at the last possible second and die anyway because of desync.

How does endgame hit scoring work? I'm back to the point where many/most deaths are from people I can't see, and even if I'm shooting at someone I get a hit score of 0 or 15.

Is it HP damaged or something?

Played for the first time in a couple weeks... shooting felt a lot better than last time I played. Not sure if that's patches or just me after not playing for a while. Picked up that 9mm Sniper rifle with the built-in scope for the first time. Cool gun.

The game continues to be super fun.

I just wish there was a deathmatch mode. In the warmup round, sometimes hits seem to register, but not if I aim for heads.

Ironsights obscure so much vision, I can't tell if blood is splattering either.

Whenever I spectate a teammate hitting someone, I see blood splatter, but the person they're aiming at is usually 1-2 inches to the side of their cursor, so I assume one of us is lagging badly.

A 1050ti is your best bet for a gpu. Its cheap, uses low power so it should be fine to just add into your current pc, and it gets around 55 frames per second on average at good settings. Mine is paired with a pentium g4560.


My build only cost about 450 in total. If interested i can post specs tomorrow.

20 hitpoints is equal to killing/knocking out one person. I'm not entirely sure how hitting downed people factors into it, though.

I thought it was possible to get kill points but still have 0 hit points. I'll have to check since in my current game I know I've killed at least one player.

OK, I got 40 kill points and 40 hit points that game, so I guess it was 2 players killed from 100% health.

Is there a trick to guessing the circle pattern? Over and over, I'm ending up pushing from the edge and having the circle appear on the opposite side.

Also once again, I died without seeing the player -- instant kill through armor and a level 2 helmet by someone with an AWM. I'm not even sure if it was a headshot.

Sometimes I wish this game had assist kill messages, if only for those times where you lose track of a guy and you aren't sure whether they died to another player or the blue because you were too busy watching their position to see if the death messages match up with the situation.

(It would also help to not shoot a corpse several times and get bloodsprays wondering how the hell they're still alive!)

Duo win, but my buddy got killed to start the game. I decided to play it out since I landed and found a kar98 with 8x nearby. Got revenge snipes on the guys that killed him and then just kept racking up kills.

So I got my chicken dinner a few weeks back and now my cousin got the game so we are working on duos.

Real exciting if you can get a friend to work with. Stand offs go to a whole new level now that you know the other person has a friend preparing to flak you or having your buddy do overwatch on top of a building while you loot supplies.


1080 is in the mail so excited to try this game out on max settings.
