Heh. Saw a guy looting someone right next to a car. I started taking shots. He hid inside a building. I stole his car and drove more towards the center 
Later, there were 6 people left all in a pretty small circle. Even then, it's hard to see people. I was chilling out in a small building with a window. I see a guy running away from me. Before I can even take a shot, I'm headshot through the window by someone different that I couldn't even see.
Sucks that I only had a holographic scope at best. Seems people who get sniper scopes can do a lot better in the end-game.
Still, super fun and tense there towards the end.

Yeah scopes are key as the game goes on. Best way to get them is to kill other players and hope they looted one since they are fairly rare.
My advice is learn how to use a red dot/holo effectively out to 100m or 150m. Using 4x at that range is rough. It's super beneficial to always have a close range sight equipped unless you know you need to snipe someone, because being able to ADS at hostiles who surprise you is really important. There's nothing worse than trying to ADS at someone and realizing you have a 4x or 8x equipped, and then dying before you can get out of ADS, and holding right click to aim over the shoulder is super innacurate.

He is 5 sec active in steam but he don't start up.
First he want to install directx then its ok. Then my game go active on steam but nothing is happening.
Afther 5 seconds he close the game again.

I just wanna say your post was hilariously incomprehensible before you edited out all the typos LOL
Check your task manager and make sure it's not stuck open in the background. If it is, kill it and try again, or restart your pc and try again.
5 sec is the game active. And he close automatic
Maybe try verify integrity of game cache in steam? Should be somewhere in the right click > properties menu for the game. Outside of that, maybe try the steam forums for any people with similar issues. I haven't had this happen to me.

I tried to go under a cut fence, it looked like there was enough space for me to go through if I crouched, but ended up getting stuck.
A unstuck button that would just push you out would be nice.
I had that happened once, I couldnt find the problem
2 hours later I tried again and it was working properly

Yeah, just something so you can get out of there. Really hope they add the vaulting soon, maybe that will fix some of the problems of getting stuck

I managed to get my 1st "1st kill" today. It's not much of a feat, but I'm still proud.
Try going to this folder: %LOCALAPPDATA%\TslGame\Saved\Logs
(Press Windows+R then paste that in)
Are there any files in there? It's the place PUBG saves its logs so there could be some useful information that could help.

I feel if vaulting is coming it will.be the end of this month and be the prime example of their new patching methods. Announce it's coming to the test server at GamesCom next week with maybe a map or new weapons. I feel like that's why we got that new tease of the vaulting WiP then a day after the new patching methods.
Or I'm completely wrong and it'll be next month's big update. Who knows really.
That reminds me of the very first time I played the game I got into a house with another person. Neither of us had weapons so naturally we started punching one another, but I noticed he kept jumping up to punch me. I couldn't understand why he was doing that (thought it was some trick to make him harder to hit), but then a few seconds later I died, and the game gave a notification that I died from a headshot via punch. I haven't gotten into a scenario like that since, but I hope to have my "one punch man" moment one of these days.
I have the worst luck in regards to those two weapons. Whenever I get a crate with an AWM, there's 3 players shooting at me and I'm lucky to get one shot off. I got a crate yesterday with an M24 and ghillie suit, but no ammo or scope and all I had was a red dot. FML.
My advice is record that stuff and watch it back. Times I've thought I clearly hit someone, watching it back in slo-mo shows my aim was slightly off and I sprayed too much or whatever. The start of rounds is where I see the most BS involving jank and hits not registering, but that's mostly lag-related.

Man I really hate the Pubg discord. I was in a game with a squad I wasnt doing so hot and the people calling me a bunch of hateful remarks. When I talked to a moderator they said present proof.

Heck, I have a hard time even seeing anyone before I'm dead, let alone killing them. It's amazing how quickly some people spot stuff.
I know i'm at a hearing disadvantage though since I have to either play basically silent, or use the Realtek audio equalization to avoid going deaf / getting tinnitus from the gun sounds.

Nice. I love getting loot of the power plant. I had a game last week where me and a squad landed at the Power Plant and we got super lucky with the RNG circle where we stayed there the entire game almost.

Narrowly escaped a guy stalking me down. Almost had me. Ducked behind a rock to heal, then peaked my head over it to kill him. Then had a 3 headshot kill streak. 2 people left. Play area restricted to a tiny circle. I guess the first guy that moves loses and I should have stayed put. But I started running and boom... headshot out of nowhere. Should have just tried to outheal the final blue circle damage with my tons of medkits and bandages

I'm pretty sure people are just abusing this now, I just died to another one. That's four in the last day I've encountered.
There's a major tournament in a few days so you'd think they'd be working on fixing it.

probably 90% of the games i play end when i get killed in about 2 seconds from someone i never see. i know it's a person killing me but it basically just feels like an arbitrary crash and restart.
i've never had this problem in a shooter before but it's almost impossible for me to understand where people are.

Even if the play area is like 50 meters wide in a completely flat parking lot with 2 players left, you'll still get killed by someone you don't see.
Very rarely does skill in shooting win you the game. More like... survival instincts and strategy. Good gear will eventually help of course, but usually when I die it's because I've made some errors in judgement.
Yeah I've felt the same way. It's like you been in the match for a good 10-15 minutes carefully making your way to the circle and out of nowhere, bam, someone shot you to death. It almost feels a bit anticlimactic, especially the longer you've been in that match. It makes me wish the game had some sort of killlcam, if only to provide some closure of how you died.
Nah, voice is great. It let me know he was behind the wall rather than the house.

This is the frame just before you fired. Your shot missed because the centre dot of the reticule wasn't actually on the target. It's stupid I know as a shotgun should theoretically have spread, but that's how shotguns work in this game.
Speaking of spread, I noticed something with shotguns. If I aim from the hip holding down right click, I see the reticule in one spot. Let's say I center that on a doorway.
Without moving the mouse, if I switch to ironsights, the sights are centered on a slightly different spot. Does this mean the hipfire will shoot in a different direction, or is one the aiming methods misleading?

I think that 3rd person is misleading, yeah. Bullets always go straight out of your gun, so in 1st person it's always aligned correctly, but 3rd person it may not be. I saw a picture on reddit that someone made to explain it but I can't find it now.

Oh, it's not just me that's blind? It's why I prefer FPV mode as I always have difficulty spotting that often doesn't seem the case for those shooting at me, so limiting the views possible from third person is only a benefit to me. I mean even when I know the direction the bullets are coming from by the time I gander and squint in the direction I'm still dead before I can identify a person.
It doesn't help that I'm pretty aggressive in playstyle and that footsteps are fairly loud.
