To everyone who's waiting for the email, relax. It took 5-6 hours to get my email. If you only registered once and got a number, then you should be fine. IDK about people who sent in multiple registrations though.

Did you join the wait list first, and then later registered "successfully" after trying again? That is what I did, and I have received only confirmation of the wait list... We still have our confirmation #, so hopefully we are fine... I would be very pissed off if we are not

yup. that's what i did. i e-mailed the address provided to see if they can verify for me if my registration went through or if the website was just borked and not tracking open seats properly due to the server load.

The theater I reserved 2 tickets at is sold out at the moment. Wait list is all you can sign up for. That was fast. It lasted a bit longer last year. The theater in Nebraska. Seems like there's only 1.

Yeah, I would say this is how it is expected to work. The registration text said: A confirmation has been emailed to you at xxx@xxx", showing the first e-mail registered

What a bloody joke. I've tried multiple times to get tickets for the Toronto show but every time I finish the registration and try to send it in, it says 'Internal Error--the support team is working to fix the issue'. Last year I got tickets without a hitch. So frustrated right now. :/

I got the error, but kept refreshing and clicking to resubmit the form and it eventually worked. I was on my phone and told myself that there was no way I was going to re-do all my info.

yup. that's what i did. i e-mailed the address provided to see if they can verify for me if my registration went through or if the website was just borked and not tracking open seats properly due to the server load.

If that stops us from getting a proper ticket I am going to be very pissed off. After being there from 8:50AM PT and finally getting a "Sold Out" notification after 20 mins of failed attempts to even get further the seat selection screen I obviously had to at least try to join their wait list. How was I supposed to know that "Sold Out" actually meant "Lol not really sold out, we have actually all the tickets, just trolling you"?. And if they have to cancel duplicated registrations, what about cancelling wait lists instead of proper tickets? grrr
