Yeah, most likely Andrew House (CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment) will do all the talk.

Howard Stringer (same position as Kaz Hirai now) used to not show at SCE events, not even for PS3 reveal back in 2005(when only SCE people Ken/Kaz/Phil at that time were on stage).
