I feel so odd right now. Like I don't actually care about the next PlayStation and definitely won't be there on day one, but I'm still oddly excited about this announcement. I think there definitely needs to be some kudos to Sony for this because they've actually managed to subdue the loose lips and there's actually quite a fair bit of mystery still around the thing.

I'm also excited because today marks the beginning of the next-gen.

Fully agree, especially post-patches. Can't put all the blame on the devs though, too inexperienced. Still, the sound in the game was amazing and the proxy chat was a great addition. At least it felt like a Socom.

To be honest, yeah I would like to see what Slant Six could do with another SOCOM, however; I think that the chances are slim, very slim.
